This is a great relaxing spot in Dandridge close to 3 different interstate exits and within driving distance of 2 different lakes for fishing. Outside of the hustle and traffic of pigeon forge and Gatlinburg yet they are a short drive for entertainment too. You will have a full kitchen, living room with love seat and sofa, and a bathroom all to your self! I also provide Disney +, Netflix and HBO for your television entertainment with a foosball coffee table if TV isn't your thing. The wall unit air-conditioning is also a heat in the winter . Come enjoy your stay in the quiet neighborhood of Dandridge.

Positives: Adequate furnishings, pet friendly, nice neighbors. Good host communication.Negatives: Bathroom sink drain was super slow, couldn't use. Duct taped shower walls? Dehumidifier in bedroom interrupted sleep multiple times, had to turn off. Stale, damp, faint smell of old cigarette smoke throughout.

Cute 1 Bedroom

This spot is perfectly half in-between home in MD and family in AL. We stayed here both on the way down and on the way home for the holidays. Simple, clean, and you can tell the owner put effort into making it nice. Even had a Christmas tree up and poop bags for our dog. Will stay again when traveling down south.

Not fancy but nice. You can see the effort the owner is putting in, in updating it. Think motel with a small apartment feel. Great value for price. We will be back.

The apartment seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, with dust on almost everything. There was a small stain on the bedspread, which was not great. There was also not enough toilet paper to last the weekend.

Clean, Tidy and great for a short stay.

No frills but cozy. Cute place to stay for a night layover. The location was a little tricky, the driveway is shared to the right of a commercial building and hard to find in the dark. But now that you know, well you won’t have any issues. Bill the neighbor is a great guy too!

Attention to detail

This apartment is located in a quiet little town not far off freeway. First appearance of apartment was unsettling. This is one apartment of four in a horseshoe shaped building. Outside of one apartment cluttered and unkept. Communication with owner was minimal. I had to request the check-in instructions from her and her response to me was she didn’t usually send instructions till the day of check in. We actually had this same place booked on our way back home from our vacation, owner never sent any information to me on return visit. I finally asked if the door code was the same 30 mins after check in time and 3 hours later she responded. Upon entering the apartment there was noticeable amounts of white dog hair on the floor, furniture and on the blanket on the bed. This is a pet friendly unit however there was lack of detail cleaning in this area.. Return stay to apartment clean sheets on bed however multiple long hair on two pillows that did not belong to us. blanket still had long dog hair on it. Heat and air unit very loud with a bad fan. The unit would run for approximately 30 seconds then shut off while the fan blade rattled till it stopped then the process started all over. We ended up getting up at 1:30am and drove 9 more hours home. I believe this unit could eventually be a nice rental but not until the owner works on communication and cleanliness of unit.
