This cozy condo features (2)queen bedrooms, and (1) one well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Enjoy the essentials, including a portable AC unit (available only in the main living area and one bedroom), (the second bedroom has multiple fans), heat, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a stocked kitchen with all your cooking tools, and a washer/dryer. The peaceful ambiance of this property will make guests feel right at home. Enjoy the condo's perfect location, an easy stroll across the street from the Springs/Healing Waters, and walking distance to all the local favorite restaurants/coffee shops. THIS is THE BEST SPOT IN TOWN! *DUE TO HWY 160 Construction, you may hear road noise or there could be minor disruptions during your stay (BUT I PROMISE THE CONSTRUCTION TEAM WILL GIVE ME A 24-HOUR HEADS UP- MINOR DISRUPTIONS COULD BE WATER OFF FOR 4 HOURS- NO LONGER-I'M INFORMING MY GUESTS JUST AS A PRECAUTION AND THE CONSTRUCTION TEAM STATES ITS UNLIKELY THERE WILL BE WATER DISRUPTIONS). EVERYONE IN PAGOSA SPRINGS IS AFFECTED BY THIS CONSTRUCTION, SO PLEASE BE PATIENT AND PLEASE SHOP LOCALLY TO HELP SUPPORT OUR TOWN DURING THIS TIME. This condo is amazing! Beautiful and very clean. We loved the stylish modern lodge vibe. Perfectly located in the heart of beautiful downtown Pagosa! Very close and walkable to the springs, shops, restaurants, and great walking paths. The owner, Christina, is wonderful to work with. We had great communication, she is so sweet! We can't wait to come back. This is where we will be staying for now on! We highly suggest this condo and/or her other one. It is a little bigger. Rent both for a big family vacation. Both are perfectly charming!

The condo was perfect for me and my sister as we each had our own space. The location was perfect-in the middle of cute shops and restaurants and across the street from the river and the hot springs. Some things to consider: the condo is upstairs in an old building with no elevator, bring your own coffee, and the bedrooms are cooled by fans so it was a little warm for me.

Owner was so attentive to every detail of our stay and responded promptly to our inquiries. Impressed with decor and cleanliness. Enjoyed our easy access to area shops and sights whether walking or driving. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect Spot, Clean and Good Communication

Stayed a couple of days during spring break skiing. Walking distance from restaurants, springs, and on the way out of town towards Wolfcreek - can't go wrong. The place is impeccable - clean and has everything you need. Most importantly, very quiet. Christina, the host, was on point and instructions were very clear.I took a start off the "Accurate Listing" because of this insurance premium I had to purchase at check-out; I wish this was disclosed at the initial price during the search results. I don't know if this is something related to the VRBO system/policies - if it is, Christina, I am sorry.

Perfect spot!

We were in the best location and within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops! The hot springs were just across the street and we were able to visit those. We went skiing at Wolf Creek and the distance was good. Our host was easily accessible and responded promptly. This was also the most stocked and equipped VRBO we’ve ever stayed in’

There is nothing like waking up and walking across the street to grab a coffee or pastry at Root House Coffee or dip your feet in the chilly San Juan River, this location can not be beat. This second-floor condo sits in the Historical Hersch Building (circa 1898). *Note, this condo sits next to its sister property and two other businesses in this building so there are Quiet Hours in place from 10 PM - 8 AM as we ask you to respect your neighbors. You will be climbing stairs to reach our condo.
