Este apartamento está situado en el corazón de la hermosa Miami, pocos pasos del histórico Coral Gables, con sus hermosas casas y calles sombreadas que invitan a dar un paseo. Cerca de Aeropuerto de Miami, grandes centros comerciales, IKEA, y las paradas de autobús. Las playas de Key Biscayne y South Beach están a 20 minutos en coche, así como la playa y el parque de perro en caso de que traen a su amigo peludo. Museos y galerías de arte en el Distrito de Arte Wynwood se encuentran a poca distancia también.

Voy a ser felices de aceptar sus mascotas peludas, y ser un enfermero veterinario retirado semi, será mi placer de tener a su compañero y alimentar a él / ella durante su visita a los sitios para una tarifa diaria de $ 15. También puedo guiar a las playas para perros y hermosos parques donde podrá disfrutar de ella tanto como su perro. Un confortable cama para perros grandes, juguetes y cuencos también se proporcionará por lo que no tiene que empacar los artículos

Nice and quite

Great Place

Ana's apartment was neat and clean and had everything needed for our stay. The dogs loved that they had a beautiful fenced yard! Extras were provided that were appreciated as well as recommendations for eating out. I would recommend the place for anyone going to the Miami area. Thank you Ana, you were a great hostess.....

Ana is a very nice host. We would have loved to stay longer but unfortunately (for us) there were new guests coming after 3 nights who had booked already a long time before us (so only logical that we could not stay)

Slice of Paradise within the ciry

This little jewel on the west side of Miami was wonderful. The street was quiet and all the trees & plants on site made it feel like a slice of paradise. Ana was the most gracious host you'd like to meet. Our dog had a great time running around the yard & sleeping in the bed provided for him. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals & the patio was the perfect place for having coffee or relaxing on the hammock. Definitely plan on coming back.

Sold my house, needed a place to stay while my family had to complete some important appointments. Stayed with Ana. She was very helpful and informative. The owner was very helpful in where to eat and places to visit. Her home is very comfortable and relaxing. Located in a residential area. A short distance to Little Havana.

Wonderful stay

This was the perfect location for our trip. Ana is such a delight. Check-in couldn’t be easier. Ana stocked us with snacks, orange juice, coffee etc —all the comforts of home. She even made us a potato frittata and brought it over to us the morning after I check in! And I was always available to help us with directions, suggestions on where to go and even gave us a bag to carry our wine in upon our departure so that we wouldn’t have to stop by the store. I definitely recommend staying with Anna! Tammi

Wonderful 2 weeks in Miami

Everything was excellent!! From the convenient location of the the property to the cleanliness of the apartment. Highly recommend Ana she is a wonderfully caring host. We also enjoyed meeting Ringo very much. One improvement recommendation would be to have shelves in the closets to put away folded clothes. But this is to improve on a beautiful location and experience in MIA. Ana’s high attention to detail makes you feel welcome from the get go.

Quiet, convenient location, lovely host

This is our second stay with Ana. The apartment is clean and tidy and located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the airport. Ana can direct you to great local Cuban and Peruvian restaurants. We enjoyed the lush garden sitting area. Just what we needed after a long flight from the cold north!

Excellent Stay, Lovely location and Super Host !

We recently stayed at Ana's place, which was truly a 'home away'. Ana was very accomodating to factors that impacted our late arrival and was always immediately responding to any question we had. Ana's location has a lush garden setting in a quiet and peaceful residential area, yet close to or easy access to all destinations we had in mind ! There is a lot of information available in the house and Ana can point you to any interest, which all allows you to blend in with regular live in Miami very fast yet also enjoying the buzz of Miami's more touristic areas. We loved Ana's hospitality and all the things that were available in house, even the welcome basket/sign! To us, Ana is a truly amazing woman and we talked a lot and enjoyed the fun playing with her lovely dog Ringo, but note that Ana is very mindful of your privacy in any way ! This appt attached next to the main house fully set up, ready for even long term stays as all you need is really here (only bring your food and you are good to go, super comfy bed, full kitchen and stocked, great shower incl. soaps/conditioner/hair blower, iron,...). Location is pet-friendly but if you don't have pets, you will not notice they are or were around ! We found two gems here (house & host) and it made our too short stay in Miami very pleasant, so we will definetly be back !!! Take care Ana and see you soon again :-) Warm regards, M. & D. Home away from home

I lived at Ana’s apartment for 3 months and I just Loved it! She was so generous and offered to walk my dog while I was working. She occasionally surprised me with homemade guacamole and wine! I will miss living there and so will my pets, they loved Ana and her beautiful garden and there was plenty of room for them to run around and it was all fenced in. If you have pets, this is a great place to stay :)

Ana's house is in a very good location: close to everything. The garden is beautiful and well groomed, the apartment is nice and convenient. A second home!

Ana was a pure delight. The apartment was clean, very pet friendly and human homey. Ana's yard is a small oasis with gorgeous blooming plants and a clean tropical theme that she works very hard to maintain. She is so helpful and generous as the homeowner. I travel to see family quite a bit and have had some negative experiences in the Miami area with Airbnb- this was wonderful and I stayed over a month. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. I have a large greyhound who loved Ana and her yard! I highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay with Ana!

Even though we only visited for one night, we enjoyed our stay with Ana. She had a very nice and clean apartment for our use and was very accommodating. Located just off Red Road and US 41 it was nicely located to enjoy some of the many restaurants in the area. Ana gave us many restaurant recommendations.She also was happy to check on our little dog while we visited museums in downtown Miami, about a twenty minute drive away. I wish she was closer to downtown as the traffic in Miami can be extremely frustrating. When we found out that one of the museums was closed the day we visited, she was nice enough to extend our checkout time so we could visit the next day. We will return!!

Great location! Wonderful Host! Clean and Pet friendly!

Ana was a fantastic host and not only welcomed us but also our two large dogs. The property is well located and the neighborhood is great for walking. The apartment is set up to accommodate guests and their pets. The yard is fenced and our dogs were allowed to run in the yard which is lush with lovely tropical plants. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and supplies. We much appreciated the basket of breads and bananas as well as the bottle of wine, which we needed after our long travels from Boston! We highly recommend Ana's place and would stay there again!

Nice cozy place!

This is a great place to hang out while spending time in Miami. The location is close to the airport but in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Ana is a lovely host and provides a few extras to make a personal connection.

I have lived in Miami most of my life and have owned this property for 19 years. I am a semi retired veterinary nurse, I love cooking, the ocean, and passionately love animals. I have done quite a bit of traveling myself and I love to meet people from different cultural backgrounds and share stories. I would love to be able to help you navigate this great city and I truly believe you will be very happy here.

You have your privacy and private entrance, I am only a phone call away.

This property is in prime location which is so important. I am for the most part located within 20 minutes from downtown Miami, public beaches, major malls, Little Havana, beautiful Coconut Grove and Wynwood Art District. Let's not leave out the important and historical city of Coral Gables with its beautiful landmarks such as Venetian Pool, and the Biltmore Hotel all within 5 minutes away.

You will also have major grocery stores where you can stock up for snacks or whatever you desire. I will be providing you with continental breakfast but you can always buy whatever you desire. Refrigerator and plenty of storage space are available.

This is a residential area and the neighborhood is safe and well lit at night. You can safely come in and out at your leisure. Uber Miami will make nightlife more enjoyable and no worries about drinking and driving which is strictly enforced in our city. Miami has extensive nightlife in South Beach, Wynwood, Brickell/Downtown and they are only within 20 minutes by car.

Like any other city in our country and around the world, you must always be careful and watchful of your surroundings.

The vegetation at my property is very tropical. I assure you the sounds of birds will wake you up every morning. There are flowers all around so butterflies are everywhere.
