Rusted microwave inside top to bottom: disgusting and not usable. None of the sinks had stoppers in the drains, mildew and mold in top bdrm and 2nd bathroom and bedroom. Transition board from 3rd floor bedroom to bathroom was loose and a trip hazard. No serving dishes or utensils. Washer machine had mold and stunk horribly. Dryer was very hard to get door closed.Rusty nails on patio chair and only 2 of 6 chairs on second deck were safe to use. Outdoor shower also had rusty nail. Maintenance was told about it and still did not fix. Furniture was horribly stained and soiled. We covered with linens. Bolivar Rentals has NEVER returned any of my calls or texts. Only communication was through email.Photo on website were NOT anything like reality. BBQ Pit was unable to be used. There was hazardous waste and debris on lower deck. There were weeds covering the white stones and the fire pit was nothing even close to photo. We had to move the stones and re-build to use. Majority of the window blinds did not work. The refrigerator had a broken drawer, the freezer had a missing shelf. Wr notified Bolivar of all this and only came out to repair 4 chairs; stating all the other problems were noted. We found out this house rental is operated by people in another country. I will never EVER rent from Bolivar Rentals again.
