This new family-friendly villa is centrally located in Canggu/Berawa. Relax on the sunken sofa with a book or Netflix, while watching friends or kids play with the pink flamingo in the terrazzo pool. The spacious king-size master bedroom upstairs offers privacy with an ensuite open-air bathroom, while two cozy bedrooms downstairs provide comfort. Enjoy premium mattresses, linens and towels and cook or make coffee with our new kitchenware. Cafes, restaurants and beach clubs are just minutes away!
The living room features a spacious wooden dining table with seating for six—ideal for gathering with friends or family for meals or casual conversations. Adjacent to it is a cozy, round sunken sofa area, perfect for relaxing or streaming your favorite shows on the pre-installed Netflix.
Downstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, each equipped with wardrobes, as well as two modern bathrooms. The master bedroom, located upstairs with its own ensuite bathroom, offers the utmost privacy. Just outside, a veranda awaits, where you can bask in the morning sun while overlooking the pool.
Need a break from dining out? Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals.
The 20 square meter terrazzo pool is larger than most in the area and comes with a playful oversized rubber flamingo for added fun.
Experience premium comfort with high-quality mattresses, linens, towels and shower gel+shampoo sourced from suppliers trusted by five-star hotels.
All rooms have black out curtains for undisturbed sleep in the morning.
Despite its central location, the villa offers a peaceful retreat. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to nearby cafes for breakfast, or take a short drive or ride to Bali's best party beach clubs. This villa is the perfect escape for groups of friends or large families!

There is no construction right next to the villa at the moment but thanks to the popularity of the area there is often some kind of nearby construction activity (this applies to all booming tourist areas in Bali). Overall, the vicinity is quiet, especially at night.
The villa comes with a brand new Scoopy motorbike which can be rented during your stay.
Late check in/out charges may apply.
