Thank you for your feedback, but I do need to clarify several inaccuracies for future guests reading this review. First, our team was available and responsive throughout your stay, including Thanksgiving Day. The WiFi information is clearly listed both in the digital welcome guide and on the laminated card inside the home. Had you reached out, we would have gladly pointed you to it or resent it immediately. Regarding the showers: the property has two full bathrooms and the hot-water knob issue was reported only after checkout, giving us no opportunity to fix it during your stay. Our maintenance team replaced it the same day it was brought to our attention. As for the hot water, the home uses a standard residential heater that comfortably supports typical usage. Running consecutive long showers back-to-back can temporarily deplete the tank, which is noted in our house manual. No prior or subsequent guests have reported any issues. Finally, this is not a “money grab.” Our property is priced competitively for the area, is professionally cleaned, and is exactly as advertised. Thousands of guests have had great experiences staying with us. We work hard to provide a smooth and enjoyable visit, and we would have been happy to address any concerns in real time had we been notified during the stay.
