Thank you for choosing CTBH. Our goal is to provide every guest with a safe, secure, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. By completing your reservation, you agree to comply with the following House Rules and Pre-Arrival Requirements.

🔑 PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS (Required Before Check-In)

1. ✅ Online Check-In is Required

Prior to arrival, all guests must complete CTBH`s secure online check-in process. This enables us to prepare your arrival and provide access to your Guest Portal.

2. 🆔 Guest Identity Verification

The Primary Booker is required to complete identity verification before arrival where permitted by applicable booking platform policies and local requirements.

3. 👥 Guest Registration

All overnight guests must be registered before arrival. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

4. 📝 Rental Agreement

Guests are required to electronically acknowledge CTBH`s Rental Agreement before arrival where applicable.

5. 💳 Security Deposit / Pre-Authorization

We require a refundable security deposit in the form of a pre-authorization hold (typically US$200–US$300).

This is NOT a charge.

The authorization is released following check-out and satisfactory inspection, subject to your financial institution`s processing times.

6. 📲 Guest Portal

Following completion of the required pre-arrival steps, guests receive access to their secure Guest Portal containing:

• Arrival instructions
• Door access information
• Wi-Fi details
• House Manual
• Digital Guidebook
• Reservation information

🏡 DURING YOUR STAY

7. 🕒 Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional cost.

8. 👤 Registered Guests Only

Only registered guests may occupy the property overnight.

9. 🚫 No Parties or Events

Parties, gatherings and unauthorized functions are prohibited.

10. 🔇 Quiet Hours

Please respect neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly during designated quiet hours.

11. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors

Smoking, vaping, marijuana and cigars are strictly prohibited inside the property.

12. 🐾 Pets

Pets are only permitted with prior written approval.

13. 👥 Maximum Occupancy

The maximum occupancy stated in the listing must not be exceeded.

Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited.
