Convenientemente ubicado en la intersección de la carretera del faro y la plantación Drive, en el corazón de pinos de mar, 2452 Inland Harbour es el destino ideal de vacaciones en familia. Este recientemente remodelado 3 dormitorios y 3 baños está a poca distancia de la ciudad del puerto, las tiendas en el centro de los pinos del mar y sólo 1 milla a la espectacular Sea Pines Beach Club.

Al entrar en esta villa se siente inmediatamente como si estuviera de vacaciones. Esta unidad final amplio y luminoso es cálido y acogedor y ofrece un montón de espacio para una familia grande o dos familias para compartir. El salón principal en el primer piso cuenta con cómodos asientos para 6 y un loft en el segundo piso que ofrece un maravilloso refugio para los niños que quieren su propio espacio.

La cocina completamente nueva con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable se abre a los comedores y habitaciones familiares. Las heces en el bar ofrecen un gran lugar para disfrutar del desayuno o mantener la empresa cocinero durante la preparación de la comida. El comedor tiene capacidad para seis personas cómodamente y se abre a una maravillosa terraza con una mesa y sillas de patio para su disfrute.

Hay dos dormitorios en el primer piso, cada uno con su propio baño. El primero tiene una cama queen nueva y tiene acceso al remodelado baño del primer piso, y tiene su propio balcón privado. El segundo dormitorio del primer piso tiene dos camas y el acceso al segundo baño completo en el primer piso de la habitación. También tiene su propio balcón privado. La segunda planta alberga el dormitorio principal con cama king size y un remodelado baño en suite con ducha a ras de suelo. También en el segundo piso es un loft que ofrece espacio adicional para dormir con un sofá cama de matrimonio, y un televisor y reproductor de DVD.

Inland Harbour es un pequeño enclave de 35 villas con sus propias y pistas de tenis; servicios que son altamente solicitadas por las familias de vacaciones en Hilton Head. Una estancia en 2452 Inland Harbour y verá por qué esta villa tiene tantos huéspedes que regresan cada año.

Beautiful stay - year after year!

We love staying at Calm Villa. This is our 5th year visiting for Fall Break. The setting is beautiful with the pond and trees all around. Such an easy bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club & Harbor Town - visiting both spots daily! The house is so well maintained, clean and well-stocked. We stayed comfortably with two families. Beds are all very comfortable. Always feels cozy and like home. Thanks for such a great place!

This is the perfect location to the pool and shops. We enjoyed this villa which had enough space for my family of eight. The only downfall was the water damaged ceiling in the first bedroom. This was very much unappealing during our four day stay. I would book this property again inspite of cosmetic issues.

Overall the unit is in a nice location, good communication leading up to our visit. The unit was clean when we arrived. A few issues that need addressed. Lights flicker in both first floor bedrooms. Upstairs bedroom sink drains very slowly. The most disappointing aspect was we reported a leak from the ceiling in bedroom on first floor with twin beds. Clearly has happened prior as there is evidence of attempted fix and peeling paint. We texted as instructed and received a response that someone would be out in the morning. A water leak in a bedroom seems a bit of a concern. We moved the bed over and put a bowl to catch water. Never a call or a text Thursday and finally Friday evening a worker showed up at 6:15 to see where it was leaking. First I sent pictures and answered questions about this Wednesday. Second, to show up unannounced and expect to get into a bedroom and bath area that is being used by the occupants to get ready for dinner out was not acceptable and lastly it did not seem important that it was leaking in a bedroom where 2 people were living for the week. I believe they should have had a faster response and more concern. It made me question the other issues going on in that unit. We will not rent this unit again and probably not rent from the same company.

Perfect Accommodations and Location

We are so thankful we got to stay at Calm Villa for our first family trip to HHI. The condo is very nicely appointed, spacious, and the location is perfect - it’s quick walk or bike ride to almost everything. Itrip and the owners are excellent hosts who really want their guests to have an amazing time - which we did. Can’t wait for our next super relaxing visit to Calm Villa!

Love to Bike, Golf and Lounge!

We come to Hilton Head every chance we can... was hoping some friends would join - but didn't work - but still had a great deal for just the 2 of us. BUT condo was great and plenty large for our whole family or 3 couples. Great layout and tastefully decorated. Can't beat the location. Rode bikes to bakery every morning - husband golfed - and we went to the beach everyday. We will definitely be back to this rental!

Perfectly located and nicely decorated

This condo was amazing. It is perfectly located and nicely decorated. We were close to the golf course, restaurants, and entertainment. The accommodations were excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Loving Calm Villa

We had a wonderful time at Calm Villa. It's a perfect place to enjoy everything HH has to offer or stay right there and relax. Personally I think Sea Pines is the perfect place to walk or bike and enjoy the beach and many restaurants.

Visiting Hoosier Hype

Our stay at “Calm Villa Sea Pines” in Hilton Head was nothing short of unreal—in the best way possible. The condo was spotless, stylish, and so cozy it felt like a dream retreat tucked inside a postcard. We were living our best lives: biking down the beach with the wind in our hair like we were in a movie, chilling by the quiet pool like it was our private oasis, and wandering through the Forest Preserve where we casually spotted turtles, birds, and yep—actual alligators (from a safe-ish distance). One night, we hit up Coco Tiki Bar for some insanely good drinks with a killer view, and the vibe was immaculate. But the highlight? A sunset dolphin cruise with our friends at Island Head—seriously, dolphins jumping as the sun set over the water? It felt like we were on the set of a nature documentary meets vacation fantasy. With a fully stocked kitchen, insanely comfy beds, and a patio perfect for deep convos and wine under the stars, this place had it all. We’re already planning our return—because how could we not?

We have been coming for years, lovely owners!

My husband and I have been coming here for many years. This year one of our favourite moments was meeting the owners of Calm Villa. Very gracious, lovely family. We hope to see them again. We love biking here and decided to buy bikes from cross island and store them with pedals till we return. (They charge $30). We love biking on the beach and around Sea Pines, walking to Harbour Town, relaxing at the 18th green where we meet interesting people happy to share their HHI stories. We recommend Truffles for dinner, Coast at the beach club for lunch, Island events for all thats happening on the island, horse back riding at the Lawton Stables, the rec centre for swimming and pickleball Ruan Thai Cuisine.

Great Place

This home was perfect for us. Close by to golf and food. I have a suggestion. The water is terrible. NOT your fault as it’s public water but if possible a water filter might make a world of difference.

A Family Paradise

This was by far one of our favorite vacations. The Sea Pines area of Hilton Head is a master planned gem of biking, storefronts, restaurants, golf, and of course beaches. And sitting in the perfect location for all of that is Calm Villa Sea Pines. The unit was immaculate and you could tell there had been a recent remodel. Everything looked new and bright. The two levels made the villa seem extra spacious as their were separate areas for our kids to hang out. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a meal or setting out the boxes of pizza for all to share. And the location! It was so easy to bike to Harbor Town, the Sea Pines Harbour Club and many other areas. We didn't need our vehicle for most of our time there unless we were heading out of Sea Pines. We biked anywhere and everywhere as a family while enjoying the beautiful environment and laughter of our kids. We plan to return to Hilton Head and specifically Sea Pines. There is no other place we'd rather stay than Calm Villa Sea Pines. It had everything we needed. Was super clean. And had plenty of space for our family of 5. We can't wait to return!

Great stay!

We have stayed here several years. It’s been great. Pool, tennis, close bike ride to beaches. Seems like every time we go they update something else. If an issue ever came up they took care of it quickly. It’s also very clean. We recommend it to others.

Perfect Spot

The location of the unit was ideal for exploring Sea Pines. Everything was clean and well laid out, the management was available for all questions, we loved the pool and pickleball court. Great place for our little family to get away for a long weekend!

Family stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the Sea Pines area, and the condo was a perfect location for us. Plenty of family activities: riding rental bikes through many scenic paths, beach, pool, pickleball, etc. The condo is clean, spacious and very nice.

Convenient location!

We enjoyed our stay. We were conveniently located to Harbor Town and all the places we wanted to go. The kitchen was nice and well stocked. We appreciated having the three full baths. It was a great week with the family!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Calm Villas! We really enjoyed the pool and easy access to the bike path to go to Harbour Town, the shops and the beach. The only thing I would say is that the trolleys aren’t super convenient for the beach and the sea lines beach club wouldn’t let us drop off people because they were so busy. Wasn’t a huge deal for us, but just a consideration. The condo had everything we needed and more!

Amazing!

We’ve been to HHI many times but this was our first stay in Calm Sea Villas. We will definitely try to stay here again! The condo is so nice! The kitchen is well stocked everything you need to cook. They even had coffee, tea, and hot chocolate pods for the Keurig which made everyone happy! Nice touch. The a/c unit started to not work but as soon as we notified them they sent someone out and it was repaired. We absolutely love the location of this villa in Sea Pines! You can easily ride your bike to anywhere you want to go. We are a family with 5 kids and this spot was perfect for us. The pool is close by and very nice as well! We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

Great Location! Great Stay!

What a great stay at this property located in Sea Pines. The location was in the perfect spot. Biking paths right outside your door, easy walk to Harbour Town, really great location to be in. House was well decorated, super clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. More than enough space for our family of 4, could have easily fit more but we all loved our space. Grounds on the property were well maintained. We didn’t use the pool at all but we didn’t notice it was cleaned every single morning. Great location and great property, highly recommend!
