This stunning townhome is situated along 30A’s Coastal Highway in the vibrant beach town of Prominence—an ideal spot for your family vacation. Enjoy the sun and sand with complimentary access to 6 beach chairs, 4 bikes, and a 6-passenger golf cart. Conveniently located across from Big Chill (The Hub), offering dining and entertainment options, and featuring private beach access exclusively for our guests. Travel insurance is highly recommended for added peace of mind.
Vitamin Sea, located at 75 York Lane, is a beautiful new town-home in the exquisite community of Prominence, one of the hottest, new luxury beach communities on 30A to spend a vacation.
This rental property has three beautifully furnished bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and is perfect for families big or small. Vitamin Sea features elegant accommodations with an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Downstairs you will find a gourmet kitchen with seating for ten, and a generous living area with a large flat-screen TV and oversized, comfortable sofa. Upstairs are the living quarters that includes a spacious and luxurious master suite with a private bathroom. Additionally, there are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a twin over full bunk with trundle bed underneath. These two rooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub combination, and all bedrooms have flat-screen TVs with Netflix access. This home has been expertly decorated with custom finishes and top of the line appliances, including a washer and dryer for all your laundering needs. Vitamin Sea offers all the conveniences of a “home-away-from-home” with the splendor of upscale living.
The attached garage hosts 6 passenger golf cart , bikes, a large and small cooler, sand buckets, toys, and six beach chairs with an umbrella.
Guests will thoroughly enjoy what the Prominence community has to offer, boasting open green spaces, and a large 5,000 sq. ft. zero-entry resort pool with cabanas, a grilling area and eating pavilion. Active vacationers can take advantage of the Fitness Center and over 17 miles of bike paths! There are two beach access points less than a mile from the property, which are easily accessible by a leisurely bike ride or the provided shuttle (during certain months).
This hip location is just steps away from the hip location, Big Chill (formerly The Hub), a new family hotspot for entertainment, sporting events, and concerts, featuring an outdoor amphitheater with a 25-foot cinema screen, where you can catch a game or a movie with the family. Entertainment is offered here most nights in-season! Multiple culinary delights are just a step away – such as tasty tacos, burgers, chicken, spirits, and ice cream. There are also amazing boutiques for shopping and browsing. Prominence even has its own General Store, Hughley`s, where you will find a variety of sundries, wines, snacks and more!
Prominence is perfectly placed in the middle of Alys, Seacreast and Rosemary Beaches to the East, and Seaside & Seagrove Beaches on the West. All of these communities are close-by, and offer their own unique style and shopping/dining activities for your pleasure. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the home driveway. Check in is at 4 pm (unless we have prearranged something differently) and check out is at 10:00 am sharp (please). You will be given an access code to enter the home and this code will expire the day of check out at 10am.

60 min from VPS airport, 32 min from ECP Airport and 20 min to Pier Park.
Beach Access to the West: Walton Dunes - Walton Dunes is about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This is a Walton County beach access with parking and short distance to the beach.
Deer Lake State Park - Deer Lake is the closest beach access to Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a very small pay parking area with bathroom access. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either Santa Clara - Santa Clara access is also a Walton County beach access near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. This is one of the scheduled stops for the Prominence shuttle. Bathrooms and parking are available at the Santa Clara access. Remember if you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m to 3 p.m Beach Access to the East: Sea Breeze - Sea Breeze is a Walton County beach access that is just past the Gulf Lakes access. Parking and bathrooms are not available at this access, however, there is a shower to wash off if needed.
Gulf Lakes - Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about .5 miles to the east of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed if you don’t pay attention. Parking is not available, but makes for a great bike ride to the beach.
There are grocery stores (Publix and Winn Dixie) available just a short distance from the community, as well as a CVS and an Urgent Care Center (Doc Smiley) minutes away for your convenience. We highly recommend a full concierge service that will stock the home with your favorite groceries upon your arrival! They also prepare full meals!
