Amplio, situado en el centro de dos dormitorios, dos baños condominio ubicado directamente en el puerto de Provincetown! Esta propiedad fue comprada recientemente por nuevos propietarios a finales de 2016.

Ubicado directamente al otro lado de la calle del Ayuntamiento, sobre los negocios minoristas, el condominio cuenta con más de 1,400 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable en dos pisos. Tiendas, galerías, restaurantes y bares están a pocos pasos de distancia!

La planta principal cuenta con un gran salón con vistas a la calle comercial y el monumento del peregrino, comedor independiente, cerrado den, cuarto de baño completo y una cocina totalmente equipada con cocina de gas y tamaño completo lavadora y secadora apilables.

A través de las puertas francesas de la cocina, el acceso a una cubierta de 1,000 pies cuadrados frente al agua compartida con otros dos condominios: 500 pies cuadrados. están reservados para su uso privado. La cubierta permite el acceso directo a la playa y ofrece un sofá seccional privada grande, una mesa privada para asentar 6+ y una parrilla privado completo.

El segundo nivel cuenta con dos dormitorios, ambos con camas tamaño queen, y un gran cuarto de baño completo.

Great location

It was in a great location to see everything! It seems to be in the busiest part of town but the noise in the street didn’t bother me or keep me from sleeping!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property! The central location is perfect for a fun friends trip to Provincetown and the views out the back on the deck made for lovely mornings with coffee and gorgeous evenings watching the sun set with wine. Definitely recommend.

This art-filled condo met all of our needs. From the bay-facing deck to the fully outfitted kitchen and premium mattresses and linens, we highly recommend this rental. The location could not be any more central with innumerable food options and entertainment of all kinds. Being able to step off our deck onto the bay beach was an added plus as well. Our hosts were very responsive to our requests and needs. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place

This is our second year to stay at this location. You can’t beat the location. Steps from Town Hall and the back patio views are breathtaking. The owners are easy to work with and available when/if you need them!

We had a tremendous experience from start to finish at Olivier’s property in Provincetown. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—clear, friendly, and responsive, which made everything seamless.The property itself is beautiful, with thoughtful details and a warm, inviting feel. It’s very well maintained and instantly felt like home. Best of all, the location couldn’t be more ideal—right in the center of town, close to everything but still private and peaceful.The only disappointing part of our stay was when we had to leave! We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Ocean views and in the heart of the city

Great condo on the beach, just a few steps from the ferry. Centrally located right next to many restaurants & shops. Impeccably decorated, and a fantastic deck overlooking the ocean.

Best of all worlds.On one side a beautiful patio on the beach with a lovely view. On the other you face Main Street party town.And in between a fabulous quirky apartment. So many interesting pieces of art and personal mementos. The kitchen is awsome, well stocked. There is only one bathroom upstairs so someone has to go down stairs at night.The host were very helpful when my husband was trying to get a game on the TV.Walking distance to everything.
