Settle into a simple, comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo that works well for a couple, small family, or close friends. The living area offers space to relax after a day on the mountain, with a sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests and a DVD player for easy movie nights.

When you’re ready to unwind, head to the Mammoth View Villas communal hot tub and sauna. Parking is straightforward with space for up to two vehicles in the community’s unassigned lot (passes provided inside the home).

• Stairs: This condo has stairs. Please see photos for details.

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the unassigned lot. Parking passes are required and will be located inside the unit—please display them in your vehicle(s).

• Communal amenities: The hot tub and sauna are shared amenities within the Mammoth View Villas complex.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for understanding.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to our remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty across Mammoth Lakes.

Getting Around:

Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive, you can reach Mammoth Mountain Ski Area (skiing and mountain biking), Twin Lakes (scenic waterfront and boat rentals), and Tamarack Cross-Country Ski Center (groomed Nordic trails).
