Settle into a comfortable, no-fuss condo designed as an easy launchpad for Mammoth adventures. With one private bedroom, an additional loft sleeping area, and two full bathrooms, it’s a smart fit for a couple, small families, or a few friends traveling together.

After a day on the mountain or the paths, unwind in the living space and cue up a low-key movie night with the DVD player and WiFi for staying connected. When the weather’s right, take advantage of the community BBQ grills for a casual cookout.



You’ll also have access to the community pool and hot tub—great for a morning lap or an après soak. Parking for two vehicles makes arrivals and departures straightforward.

Important Things to Note

• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service across town can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Stairs: This home has stairs. Please see photos for details.

• Parking: Up to 2 parking spaces are available. Additional parking beyond what’s described is not guaranteed.

• Communal amenities: The pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills are shared amenities within the community.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
