Compras en el mercado local de Monterey y disfrutar de la comida en el Ghetto Gourmet. Perfecto para las personas que no tienen un coche. Contemporáneo y elegante mediados de siglo con un hermoso montado fotos de exteriores panorámicas del norte de California.
2 dormitorios 1. 5 baño con muebles de cerezo, nueva iluminación, cable listo televisión de pantalla plana, conexión Wi Fi, reproductor de dvd, alarma estación de acoplamiento de reloj para i pod, i teléfono, relleno, estufa nueva, nueva nevera, microondas, lavadora / secadora, vajilla, utensilios de cocina, cocina con desayunador, sábanas frescas y limpias, toallas, mantas, almohadas, nuevos tratamientos de la ventana. Tenemos libros, revistas, juegos de mesa y rompecabezas para todas las edades. Hay un cuadro de arte para los niños a crear cosas divertidas con su imaginación. Tenemos un patio privado encantador con una parrilla de gas, mesa y sillas debajo de un árbol de magnolia grande. Nuestros vecinos son amables y la zona es residencial, con dos parques dentro de una distancia a pie. Hay una bicicleta / pista de jogging al lado de la propiedad, que serpentea por millas thru barrios hermosos. Quiet tucked away spot right next to the North Berkeley BART. Easy trip into the city. Very clean with a full kitchen. Off street parking which was very convenient during the rainy week.

Very clean, comfy beds, wonderful full size washer and dryer, lots of games and fun for our grandkids, great neighborhood for walks. Host was wonderful and very available. Great location for BART and a parking space.

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We appreciated the little gift basket on the table for our use. Having laundry available for our week stay was essential and much appreciated. The home is clean and quiet. Incredibly close to the North Berkeley BART station, which made day trips to SF very easy. We highly recommend this property if you are looking for a home that is clean, well equipped and close to public transportation. Thanks, Scott, for the great stay!

Sweet little unit right next to BART station. Very convenient to get to San Francisco!! Neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Many restaurants and markets within walking distance!

charming bungalow on a leafy Berkeley side street

The small house was a perfect size for our family of 4 including grown-up children. Three of us stayed in the house using the very comfortable double bed in the main bedroom, and the trundle bed in the second bedroom (although I believe the couch might be a sleeper as well). Everything was spotless. The shady garden was full of flowers and blossoms to greet us each time we came home. Relatives who lived next door were extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations and advice. The parking space was handy, although the street was very quiet, and it is within a block of a BART station.

Comfortable, Clean, Location, Location, Location

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our needs while visiting family in Berkeley. The house was very clean, the master bed was extremely comfortable, and downtown Berkeley was a short 25 minute walk. The North BART station was just a block away which made for an easy day trip into San Francisco. Scott was very helpful in responding to questions. Highly recommend this place.

Kind Hosts & thoughtful arrangements

Well-stocked kitchen, great bed, many sensible amenities. Had many things I've missed in other places: a collander, sharp knives, a broom, good books, tissues, a friendly close neighbor. Scott & his partner were lovely & kind. Location is next to BART & the Ohlone Greenway (a people & bike route that cuts through town). Fabulous!

Excellent place, I would book again

Excellent location. We were here to tour UC Berkeley and spend sometime getting to know the area. I like the home, had everything we needed and the description and photos were very accurate. Excellent communication with the owner/host (Scott).

Great place!

I recommend this place highly! It's really clean, well kept, and spacious - and the proximity to BART can't be beat. The host was super responsive, clear, and available, but not overbearing. Best part: the kitchen is properly stocked with equipment. The host has thoughtfully included anything you might actually need to cook, not just a prefunctory dull knife you often find at short term rentals. Great stay.

Perfect home for our Berkeley vacation!

We planned a 2 week vacation at Scott’s VRBO, because it fit all our needs: great, safe location near our son’s work, a dedicated off-street parking space, a full kitchen with all appliances and cookware needed to bake a birthday cake and fix a Thanksgiving dinner, dining table to seat four adults, full living room plus a desk/table for our family to gather and play games, washer and dryer, and great ratings from prior guests. This place was wonderful, and Scott was a very kind, helpful, and thoughtful host. He had suggestion lists, guide books, and maps for anything you'd like to do. The next door neighbor is also friendly and has great recommendations too. The house was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, the neighborhood had fun eateries and shops within 1/2 mile, and we had everything we needed for a great stay. We would love to come again!

Great location for a stay in the Berkeley area. Very close to the North Berkeley BART stop and convenient for a car with an assigned parking space. The neighborhood is very tranquil, near the park and within walking distance of many Berkeley spots. The residence is well appointed. With everything you need for a great stay.

great. place to stay in N Berkeley

Place was great. Convenient to BART and also to bike rentals. Was about a 20-30 min walk to univ of berkeley. Host left nice treats and definitely thought of alot of necessities for guests (eg laundry detergent, coffee, shampoos, etc). Would definitely consider staying here again.

Extremely clean

Home was super clean and all linens, etc were unscented, a first for me with renting. Much appreciated because of all of my allergies. Scott was available immediately when needed. We enjoyed chatting with our friendly and informative neighbor. Main bed was super comfortable, not so much for an adult with the extra bed. Thank you for the bottle of wine & snacks!! Lots of cookware in great condition in the kitchen. Washer & dryer also very clean. A pleasure to use

Old school Berkeley at its best

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great and very close to bart. It’s walkable to Gilman and a little farther is Shattuck and Solano. Scott is a very thoughtful host, and snacks and a bottle of wine greeted us. There’s a binder with tons of info if you don’t know the area very well. Our chats with Michael and Bella were a highlight of our trip. Would definitely stay again.

This North Berkeley location is convenient for all our shopping, entertainment and travel needs. In every direction there is one great treat after another. We enjoy going to the fresh bakery, farmers markets, restaurants, music and plays all within a short distance. We are within walking distance to The University of California Berkeley.

Being across from BART you can travel the Bay Area without a car. We are next to a bicycle / walking path. There are three children's play grounds within walking distance.
