Este encantador y luminoso pie al norte-oeste de pueblo de esquina de 700 metros cuadrados. Tiene dos niveles. En la planta principal, que cuenta con un acogedor concepto abierto salón-comedor con chimenea de leña. La planta principal también incluye una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de línea y un dos piezas tocador. Un balcón privado pintoresco fuera de la sala principal tiene vistas a las montañas de North Shore y encantador barrio de lujo.

Cabeza arriba para encontrar el dormitorio tipo loft, con una cómoda cama de matrimonio y cuarto de baño con ducha y bañera. El loft cuenta con vistas panorámicas a las montañas y una vista peek-a-boo del agua de un gran ventanal esquina. Lovely old house in Kitsilano with views of the mountains

The apartment and amenities were great. Restaurants and yoga studios within walking distance. Love Vancouver.

Perfect location away from crowded areas but close enough to restaurants, beach, pool.

Clean, everything you need is there and in good shape. Owner is very friendly and very helpful. Would come back without any hesitation!

As advertised it's a REAL GEM IN KITSILANO.

My wife and I had a wonderful time, a very well kept property in a lovely neighborhood with close by services, the townhouse very well equipped, clean and cozy. The owner was easy to reach when needed, the instructions were easy to follow. We will certainly come back!!!

a really good apartment,in a great area.

the property was exactly as advertised,a great kitchen,dining area,living room combination.upstairs,a large bedroom,with a huge bed and,a full bath.there is also a half bath on the main floor.all of the electronic equipment you could possibly need,a small library,with a desk.the only feature that would deter some,are the steep stairs,from the ground floor,and from the main floor to the bedroom.they were not a problem for me,but might for others.the owner did point this out to me before booking.all in all,a very nice apartment,in a great location.

Great location, clean, well equipped

The host was very accommodating and responded to emails quickly. We enjoyed the lovely view of the mountains and easy access to downtown by bus. The beach was an easy walk or bike ride. The unit is on a quiet, residential street with a Loblaws only a block away. Great spot!

Quiet home

Great loft space, comfortable bed, dark and quiet to sleep, must be ok with stairs to second floor bedroom,cozy living room, bright quiet, great neighborhood with great access to bus and to downtown and beaches, 1/2 bath onmain floor is essential. Only thing missing for me was a quality frying pan as i cooked every day. Small note: the building is dog friendly and although I didnt hear them or see them, the main bldg hallway smelled strongly of dogs.

A wonderful stay!

We have been traveling across the country and into Canada for nearly two months,staying at vrbo/homeaway properties most of the time. This charming, quiet, immaculate, delightfully furnished townhome was the best yet! The location is great, on a tree-shaded residential street, away from the downtown stresses, yet within walking distance of everything you need, including puiblic transit. We especially loved the sleeping loft, the grill, the deck, and the compact shiny kitchen. Marya was a super hostess and we made some new friends among the neighbors. A fantastic place!

My stay was perfect (10 days). The apartment is brilliantly laid out and has everything you need to feel right at home. Great location, great neighbours, very comfortable. An excellent choice all round. Thank you for being such a great host Marya!

Perfect base

Marya's home was the perfect base for our first time in Vancouver. It was just as it is described on VRBO. Very comfortable, clean, lots of natural light, cozy upstairs, spacious living area, small well appointed kitchen. Short walk to many shops and restaurants. Easy access to public transit. Marya's warm welcome and availability for help when needed was just the right touch. Would recommend to others and return.

Great Kitsilano Location

Town Home was a clean, safe and enjoyable vacation property with a great view. Owner greeted us on our arrival and was readily available during our stay. We were welcomed with a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine.

A Lovely Stay

Marya's home was just the right place for our visit to Vancouver....comfortable, nicely equipped and maintained, great views of the mountains, peaceful and quaint neighborhood, convenient to shops and restaurants. Marya made it very easy. Would definitely return!

Perfect stay in Kitsilano!

This appartment was the perfect location for our wonderful and romantic stay in Vancouver! It is situated in a beautiful tree lined street, very quiet and relaxed but at the same time close to everything (e.g. Broadway, 4th and the beach). You can go for a run on the Beach in the morning and grab breackfast on your way back. Granville Island and all the downtown attractions are also easily accessible. The appartment itself is very cozy and comes with a sunny balcony and an amazing view of the Mountains and the Sea, which you can enjoy from a very comfortable baywindow seat. The owner gave us a very warm welcome and even provided us with fresh fruite and a bottle of wine. Before and during our stay she was always available to us and responded quickly if we had any questions. We highly recommend this location and would love to come back some time!

We loved staying in Kitsilano

This was our second visit to Vancouver and we wanted to avoid the downtown area preferring Kitsilano and the beach. The apartment has everything you need for a couples stay. Furnished to a good standard with all kitchen needs and with washing machine and dryer. The listed photos and description reflect accurately the apartments appearance. The area is very quiet and not too far from shopping, beach and restaurants. We were met on arrival by Marya's wonderful dad and it was good to know that someone was on hand to deal with any problems. Marya truely loves her hometown, she is a super friendly person. Thanks again for the welcome basket filled with all canadian goodies! We would stay here again and would certainly recommend this property.

Great stay in lovely town home in Kitsilano

I love Kitsilano and wanted to stay there for 2 weeks. This lovely Town Home was much more affordable than staying in a hotel. I did have a car and parking was never a problem and no charge. But if you did not have a car, you can walk to Broadway and 4th Ave and the beach easily and very easy access to buses. Cozy, clean and beautiful view of the mountains and sea from porch and bay window. Beautiful neighbourhood and great walking around, everything you need close by and great walking early morning down to the beaches and into Granville Island, if you want a real walk. Very close to downtown. Quiet and private. Everything you need for cooking great meals and eat on the porch at sunset and then walk afterwards. Fireplace and can watch movies if rainy day. Owner was very helpful if anything was needed. It was the best stay in Vancouver ever and I plan on trying to stay here everytime I come back. Great for a couple. Close to UBC and parks and great restaurants on Broadway and 4th. For the fireworks in summer - we just walked down and sat on beach, great view. Photos were accurate, it was nicer than photos. Description of location was accurate.. I would recommend it to a couple, or two girl friends as there is a sofa bed, not for toddler kids as there is a loft and stairs.
