"La Casita Amarilla" is a wooden house, located in the cool and quiet mountains of Utuado, Puerto Rico. It is a safe, private, comfortable and quiet place, suitable for disconnecting from the daily routine, relaxing and enjoying nature.
The house has two bedrooms and a studio, the bedrooms have a queen size bed (2 adults in each bedroom). and the studio has a desk and a sofa bed (1 adult or two children). In addition, it has two full bathrooms with towels included. The house has two TVs with satellite TV service and streaming services.
The house has two terraces, one on the upper level with a spectacular view. The deck on the lower level is roofed and equipped with table and chairs to rest or share in the freshness of the field.
The house comes with a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook or just brew a coffee. The house also has solar power, so it will have electric power all the time. The shower has hot water and there is a water reserve.
In the lower part of the house there is also a gazebo with a grill to be able to prepare a BBQ if you so wish.
The temperature normally ranges between 70 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Depending on the time of year, you can enjoy temperatures of 60 to 70 degrees with fog covering the mountains and surroundings of the property. The house is located in the mountain, so no air conditioning is needed, although it does have fans in all areas.
Although the house is in the countryside, it is located 5 minutes from a pharmacy, a supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops and bars where you can share with the locals. The town center of Utuado is 15 minutes away, Arecibo and Hatillo are 1 hour away, and San Juan 1.5 hours away.

"La Casita Amarilla" has Internet with two links throughout the property to be connected all the time and be able to work remotely without any problem.
The house has a separate entrance, own parking and good access from the road

The house has a code access system, which will be provided before check-in.
The rent includes the entire house, both the top, the terraces and the gazebo.
The property has security cameras on the exterior, however none points inside the house.
Check-in is between 1pm and 3pm and check out at 11am
No visitors, no pets, no parties
Other things to note
The house is close to attractions such as the Río Tanamá, the Parque Ceremonial Indígena, the Cañón Blanco, among others. You can visit these places or just enjoy the tranquility of the property reading a good book along with a glass of wine, or just resting.
“La Casita Amarilla” is part of a finca where the owners live in the next house. Both houses are completely independent. We have enabled it to enjoy what life is in the countryside. On the estate there are fruit trees, where you can enjoy their delicious fruits, depending on the season. The estate also has an orchard and a nursery where vegetables and some legumes are planted.
