Great centrally-located Fort Myers condo. Three month minimum rental at $6,450 per month. Also available for a one year lease or longer at $3,000 per month.
This spacious condo comes fully furnished, and boasts three bedrooms, two with king beds and one with two queen beds. There are two full bathrooms and one half bath. The master bath has a two-person shower only. The other full bath also has a shower only. Additionally, there is one half bath. The condo is in the Water's Edge community and is located in one of several mid-rise buildings clustered along the Caloosahatchee river. The condo is on the second floor (really the third floor, as the ground level is parking) and has partial water views of the river. Minutes from beaches, Sanibel, downtown Fort Myers, Cape Coral and the I-75 Expressway. Numerous restaurants and bars are very close by. A gorgeous swimming pool with two community grills and a small fitness center are steps away from your condo. Screened lanai with views of the pool and partial views of the river. Towels and bed linens included. All utilities, cable TV and Wi-Fi included. One dog, no larger than 35 pounds, allowed at owner's discretion.
