The apartment was clean, but a little tired in appearance.The location more than made up for this, as it was so central to all the things we wanted to see and do.We would definitely stay here again.

The unit delivered our needs and was accurately represented. We have 2 pre-teen girls so needed 3 BR in a convenient location. The purple theme helped seal the deal. The listing is relatively new so some minor feedback was offered and it was always well received and swiftly acted upon. Watch out for the hot water in the kitchen sink.

Great Space and Location

Just to be clear, when you rent this place, you are paying to get 3 bedrooms in a great spot in Manhattan and it was definitely that. The checkin and communication were great, there is a subway stop 10 steps from the front door (or across the street for going uptown), and our two adult kids each had their own bedroom without us paying for 3 hotel rooms.The place itself has some shortcomings and I wouldn't plan on doing any kitchen work beyond reheating, but if you're coming to NY to do your own cooking........

This place is run down and not as nice as the pics portray. The furniture and beds are not comfortable. We ended up renting a hotel room the last night. It felt dirty, it had a musty smell, and there were bugs in the shower. I don't like writing bad reviews, but felt I needed to share our experience.

Pros: The apartment itself was nice. The property manager was kind and quick to respond. Close to subway. They also had everything you need iron, coffee machine, bug screen tvs, etc. Cons: The steps wasn't ideal, 4 flights. After you walked around New York the last thing you want is to go up 4 flights of steps. The hall also was dirty with a hole punched through the wall and floors dirty in the hall.

We totally understand how those four flights of stairs can be tough after a long day exploring the city. That's why we made sure to include a note in the check-in instructions stating that the apartment is on the upper floor and is only accessible via stairs, as there are no elevators. The apartment is in a great location, but unfortunately, the condition left a lot to be desired. The furniture appeared dusty and not properly cleaned, and the entire space had a musty odor. The refrigerator also had an unpleasant smell. We had a pregnant friend who was supposed to stay with us, but she felt very uncomfortable. Ultimately, we all decided not to stay there due to the overall condition of the apartment. While the location was convenient, the cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing.

I hate to give this rating, however there were a number of factors influencing this:Positive: location and 3 beds so able to accommodate 4 people.Negative: we did not have a functioning toilet for almost 24 hours until finally a plumber was able to attend and remove debris (wire and rope?!?!) from the pipe. Unfortunately we were initially blamed for putting toilet paper drown the toilet. (There were no instructions nor signs to tell us otherwise by the way). I will leave to your imaginations how 4 people coped with this (including my 82yo mother). Additionally, badly retrofitted AC units had huge gaps esp in one of the bedrooms, which was problematic in November when we experienced-7 with windchill. The heaters kick in at around 10-12 deg outside, which is helpful other than the banging and clanging that then kept folks awake at night. Sleeping in the front bedroom is challenging with street noise. Overall the photos in the listing seem to make everything look rather cleaner and brighter than is actually the case.

Très bien situé pour les déplacements, le quartier est facilement accessible. L'appartement est fonctionnel mais malheureusement il y a des petits détails qui auraient fait toute la différence dans mon appréciation. Premièrement la serrure de l'entrée n'inspire pas confiance, seulement un lit sur 3 avait une paire de drap sous la couette, le ventilateur de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas, le robinet de la cuisine est sans eau froide et est mal fixé...puis les fils électriques qui pendent dans la cuisine. Ce n'est pas grand chose à changer et à peu de frais...pour le ménage c'est so so...le tapis de la salle de bain était très tâché. Point positif les lits sont confortables et on a pas vue de bestioles...En espérant qu'ils apportent des changements
