This dream villa is spaceous, clean and modern and very well maintained.
We have 3 fully airconditioned bedrooms with King beds, TV's, and 2 bathrooms with hot water.
The living area and kitchen are a dream and will make sure you feel right at home.
We have all appliances you need to make coffee, prepare a nice coctail, pots and pans to cook, microwave, oven, tea kettle, anything you need to prepare full meals at home.
If you don't feel like cooking, there are HUNDREDS of restaurants in under a 3 minute drive (Palm Beach).
The pool area is beautiful, non slippery good quality tiles around the pool, enough lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, beautiful lights and ambiance in the evening, and best of all a HEATED hot tub (hard to find in Aruba).
Our covered porch is a DREAM, large dining table, lounge seats, large gas GRILL, ceiling fans for some extra breeze, an nice big bluetooth speaker, we have you covered!

Even though our home is in an upscale and great neighborhood, we have a great security system for you, a Safe to store your valuables, and parking on the property.
What else can we add? Free WiFI, beach chairs, a cooler, Smart TV's, towels, and linen, it's all there!
You will come home in a clean and cool space, light up the BBQ, jump in the pool, and after unpacking get right into a freshly made bed!

Most importantly, our home is very clean and well kept, and our team is only a few minutes away to help you out if you have any questions or need help.

NOTES:
There is a cleaning fee of $240 USD (cash) upon check in. This fee covers both the preparation and cleaning of the home before you arrive and the cleaning after you
leave.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.
