Comfortable Getaway

The communication and check in process was smoothe. It was right on the beach, accessible to the local.water pools and attractions. We booked last minute and we're able to get in, which was nice. We had a lot of fun, thank you.

Property was just as described. Check in was perfect. Would stay here again; loved the proximity to the Boardwalk. Beaches beautiful!

This property has a beautiful view! Great space for the price. Appreciated the amenities. We did have some issues not being able to enjoy the balcony due to lots smoking on nearby balconies. We also didn’t have our check in information on arrival so we had an unexpected delay in getting in and settled. If I may recommend could use a baking sheet, extra toilet paper, and instructions for TV’s we could not use one because it only gave us a “no signal” message. Otherwise it was a cute home away from home for the week!

Loved the 2 br condo only reason for a 3 star on the accuracy of listing it said fully ready kitchen with all pots and pans i had to buy a frying pan and baking sheet to cook breakfast condo is private owened so getting anything is a little difficult but overall enjoyed our stay

Oceanfront, but not spaciousness

The view and location are beautiful. Many pools, hot tubs great activities for families, or just adults. The condo itself was extremely small, says it sleeps 7. We had 6 people and it was very tight and actually uncomfortable. Needs to say sleeps 4 to 5. Tiny kitchen is directly in front of the only bathroom, makes making breakfast and 6 people getting ready absolutely miserable.

Roaches, NO HEAT! Bad Communication. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR BUYER BEWARE

Upon check in the property manager gave us the property name but not correct address. His main concern was to upsell us on early chicken early checkout it seemed. When we checked in the room was not exactly as it seemed it was small dingy the whole entire property had construction but I was aware of this so that's on me. Apparently I mentioned there may be construction going on but from 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday. There was a loud banging construction almost the entire time how much smacking souls all is shaking even maybe a jackhammer or two. I was a little upset and I tried to contact the property manager and he said he'll get back to me I was wondering if it was going to be going on Saturday Sunday as well. He never got back to me in that time we found about seven roaches One of them I accidentally stepped on while I was trying to look for them because VRBO needed to have pictures of the roaches they didn't believe me in order for me to try to be I explained to him this is uncomfortable for me but I pulled the stove away from the wall which they advised me to do and they all scampered in behind a wall eventually I realize that there was one squiggling on the ground that I stepped on I hadn't even realized still moving I took the video and sent it to VRBO VRBO said that one or two roaches wasn't cause for a health hazard and that I couldn't leave back out early and leave and take my family in 3-year-old away from this roach infested place

Resort amenities are nice; the condo not so much

I spent a long weekend there with my 2 elementary school aged kids (so 3 of us total). The amenities in the resort were the best part- especially all the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the easy access to the beach. The condo unit itself, however, was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. It has potential, but the owners need to give it some attention and definitely not market it for 7 people. I’d say it would hold 4 people MAX and even the 3 of us were cramped. Here are some specifics- there are two beds and a Murphy bed so it does officially sleep 7, but there’s not space for seven people nor capacity for seven people to even sit anywhere. There was a small dining table with only three chairs. There’s a small table and two plastic chairs on the balcony. The kitchen was so poorly stocked that it was unusable. We had 3 forks (so again if 7 people were there, they couldn’t even all eat at once). There were two 1 quart pots and no pans, no baking sheets, etc. so we could not fix eggs or bacon or bake cinnamon rolls. There was absolutely no counter space to prepare anything, even if the standard kitchen items were there. There was no ice maker or ice trays to make ice; no dish towels provided to dry hand washed dishes (no dishwasher). You can count on a refrigerator to keep food cool and a microwave to heat things up, but don’t plan on cooking. Missing switch plate over the outlet above the sink is a safety hazard. There also weren't enough blankets for 3 beds; it was cold.

NEWLY Renovated with Hardwood flooring for a clean feel post a splash in the beach/pools.
