Condo was nice, clean, with a lovely view of the ocean. The pools were our go to each day after a little time on the beach. I was disappointed that we could not get tickets to the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center. I enjoyed quiet walks in the morning watching the sunrise.

Wifi is not reliable. We did not have access to the owners personal Wifi for the condo we had to use the guest.

The room, in general, was very nice. We had pre-arrival questions about allergies that were not answered. The Villa was very strict about the bracelets on the pool deck and there were only 3 adult bracelets when we arrived (we needed 4). We were sent to the front desk to get one and told to call about not having enough or would be charged. We did receive a call back and was told that she had a picture from inventory that we had 5 adult bracelets- this simply was inaccurate. On 9/9/26, 2 individuals used the key code to enter as we were standing in the kitchen. The woman was training the man and said that she was “here to do inventory”. I explained that we were reserved until 9/12/26, so she departed. So…it was the little things. The week is over and we had good weather! It could have been better, but could have been worse! Thank you! The Treese family

Comfortable and clean with great beach access

We had a great time. My only complaints were with the fees from Lewis Reality on top of the fees from VBRO. The unit is listed as average $142/night but our price was more than twice that amount. It was not easy to find the rental price until after you booked the property. It turns out that there is a reservation fee and a processing fee. In addition to misleading pricing, it was difficult to log in and navigate Lewis Reality's reservation system. They kept sending emails about vacation 'extras' through them. I was surprised by the high prices. A sheet package was offered at over $150 for the week with an almost $50 service charge.

Nice Condo

The condo was beautiful. There was a little wear and tear from use (cabinets off hinges, broken toilet seat); all said to be fixed but didn't happen while we were there. Issue with not having enough wrist bands. Property manager was supposed to call us to have us get more, and never did. That was a problem since we were asked daily at the pool and kept needing to show them the email. Overall the condo was great. Poor communication and slow to no resolving of issues noted with Property management.

Absolutely wonderful!

We LOVED this condo! Beautiful decor and so clean! Beds were comfortable. The view is incredible. If you're wondering whether to book this condo or another one, you will not be disappointed in staying here. The entire villa community is wonderful. We will be back! Thank you for creating such a wonderful place.

The property was just as beautiful as the pictures.

Have stayed at the villa 7 times before. This unit was by far the nicest and most updated unit. The only thing I think that would make the unit better would if there was a garbage disposal. I also did not like paying VRBO a service fee when I could have booked directly with Lewis Realty. Loved the unit.
