Nuestra casa se encuentra a menos de 100 yardas de Chautauqua Park de Boulder y sus numerosos senderos. Esta casa se encuentra a poca distancia de la Universidad de Colorado y el centro comercial Pearl Street centro de Boulder, con sus restaurantes, tiendas y actividades divertidas. Family Reunion

My family and I needed a quiet, large, and soothing place to stay for a long weekend. Sue and Bill’s place was perfect. Sue was an incredible host and the house was everything we hoped it would be. The location is gorgeous, the amenities top notch, and we especially loved the showers! . The backyard was full of song birds and downtown Boulder was easily accessible. Thank you Sue and Billy!

Campus visit at CU!

I lived in Boulder for 10 years and this trip was to introduce my daughter (Jr. in High School) to The University of Colorado-Boulder and Boulder. I knew right away by the address/location that this was the best place to be in Boulder. You literally cannot do better for location. Steps from the epic hikes of the Flatirons, stunning mtn views, quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is so comfortable and well done that we never wanted to leave and the hosts are super chill and nice.

Great Stay Near Chautauqua

We gathered for CU move-in and a concert at Folsom Field and were very happy with the location. The house was lovely and very comfortable for a group. The backyard and views of the Flatirons were favorites. Also enjoyed the proximity to Chautauqua for hikes. The owner was very friendly and super responsive. Thanks for a great stay - we would love to rent it again in the future!

Beautiful Boulder home with breath taking views of the Iconic Flatirons.

Our stay over the holiday was fantastic. The house was perfect to accommodate all my holiday guests! Spacious, clean and comfortable ! The owner was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and content. It was really a joy to stay there.

Bolder Boulder 10K

We picked this property as it was close to Boulder. It was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on patio just visiting. It was in a neighborhood right next to the Flatirons that provided a beautiful view and ease to go hiking. Sue was easy to work with. Enjoyed our stay!

Relax and unwind

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is warm and welcoming and the location couldn't be better. Many things feel uncertain about traveling during Covid, but this home took a lot of the stress out of the equation. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Mountain getaway in the city!This beautiful and serene household is a 5 out of 5. An additional 5 stars goes to our kind and attentive hosts, Sue and Billy. We enjoyed every minute of our week long stay. The home is exquisitely appointed and welcoming from the moment you step in the door. Beautiful. From the relaxing Zen room to the sunshine filled kitchen to the inviting living room, Sue and Billy have curated this space for comfort, joy and charm. A special treat is the view of the famous Boulder Flatirons from most rooms in the house. Along those lines, the grounds are nothing short of breathtaking. The front porch is a delight and a cozy gathering spot. The backyard offers a lovely seating area and is a magical place for an outdoor dinner beneath the stars. Simply put: this oasis at the foothills became our second home. We look forward to finding our way back soon. You will treasure your stay at this beautiful Boulder property! Amazing House

We loved this house! It was beautiful and in the best location in Boulder. We could hike right out our door some of the best trails in town. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the football memorabilia as we are big football fans. Go CU Buffs and Broncos! Amazing place that was perfect for our family.

Boulder Weekend

The house is in an amazing location at the foothills of the Flat Irons and Chautauqua Park. We hiked our last day and walked to Chautauqua Dining Hall for brunch. House was clean and very cozy. We had all of the amenities we needed and the owner was very responsive for any questions we had. Even sent restaurant suggestions prior to our stay for planning purposes. Would visit again! Five Stars!

Perfect House for Our Group - Highly Recommend

The house has a great layout for a group. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The master bedroom is private and located on the top floor. 2 additional bedrooms with a bath are located on a separate mid-level. Then there is a wonderful space on a lower level with a bedroom, bathroom, and living space which provided so great separation. Sue the owner was terrific to work with. The patio is lovely. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Stay

From the minute I opened the front door until we left this wonderful house we were entranced!! The lay out of what must have been made by an exceptional architect, made the house wonderful for a 3 generation family. The views were divine! The light streaming in superb! As well as the patios, numerous toys for little ones, the farm house kitchen, patios and yard. It was very clean; the check in process great, the location across from Chappaqua wonderful and communication great. The only thing I’d like to mention is basement bed could use some attention. All in all it was an excellent stay. Perhaps the best I’ve had. We were most thankful!

BEST VRBO home! Fabulous location!

We stay in very nice VRBO’s every year for our family vacation. All four of us (parents 60 and daughters in 30’s) agree that this beautiful home adjacent to Chautauqua Park is our favorite! The home is comfortable, has gorgeous outdoor space and lots of places to hang out inside. Our favorite areas were the heavenly balcony attached to upstairs bedroom (with gorgeous views of the Flat Irons) and the peaceful outdoor sitting area off the main floor. All four bedrooms were very comfortable and provided plenty of space to relax. Three full bathrooms plus a half bath made getting ready to go out a breeze. The lay out of the house is perfect for groups and it has everything you would want in the kitchen. We loved all of the windows on the main floor and honestly everything about this home. We were seriously wanting to stay indefinitely!Boulder is a delightful town to visit. I highly recommend utilizing Chautauqua Park just steps from your home. We loved the dining hall, the meadow loop trail and driving up the mountain to hike the Range View (appropriately named) up and the Ute Trail down off of Realization Point parking area. Eldorado State Park, a short drive away, had a very easy and scenic Fowler Trail that we enjoyed as a family. We also did an e-bike tour with Colorado Bike Tours that I would highly recommend at the beginning of your trip.Billy and Sue are wonderful hosts! Great communication and very nice welcome gifts! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location, close access to hiking. Stayed for a CU football game. Communication with the host was great. House is spacious and gorgeous. Would stay here again if I head back to Boulder.
