Very nice, clean place to stay.

Property was beautiful. Room was fantastic. Views amazing. Included with room were the beach chairs but wasn’t told we still had to go down every morning to request them. Be sure to understand the parking situation and where the luggage carts are located.

Everything was perfect for our stay. Communication -excellent, response time - outstanding, facilities - top notch. Even the minor off season construction projects were clearly communicated and anticipated. The unit is beautifully remodeled, what a pleasant surprise, even though I love the original pictures as well. Unit - location, in our opinion, couldn't be better, mind you we visited in the off season, even though it included a holiday. Peak season you may get a little more hallway / elevator noise, but that would be true anywhere on the grounds. We already can't wait to return (but the unit appears already booked for next winter). We did rent a private parking space to secure our golfcart during our stay, never had to worry about safety. The general garage is so easily accessed as well, getting around is a piece of cake. We did utilize the pool 1 day during our stay and it is very nice. Of the 4 fire bowls in the community area, only 1 works, that's a facilities issue, not anything linked to this unit. Once the new beach access is complete that will be perfect as well. We can't speak to crowds during peak season, but winter was a dream!

It’s also nice to hear the communication and updates about the off-season projects were helpful — the team always tries to keep guests informed so there are no surprises. We’re glad the private parking worked well for your golf cart and that getting around the property was easy. Those private spaces will definitely spoil and pamper you! And yes, winter here really can be a dream! We appreciate you mentioning the fire bowls as well. That’s managed by the resort, and we’ll be sure to pass the note along. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo is very well kept. Would definitely rent this place again. Do wish there was a hot tub on the property.

Relaxing Thanksgiving Vacation

Perfect Location

Calypso Condo was very nice, clean, great location. Beach was nice, enjoyed the beach chairs with condo rental. Location close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Great communication with owner. Have stayed in other condos by same owner, great to deal with.
