Located at the MOON DANCE building in Snow Pines Estates, just a short walk to the village. `The Owl Unit` offers a cozy mountain escape for families or groups. This well-appointed condo accommodates up to 7 guests and provides stunning alpine views, a private hot tub, and convenient ski-in/ski-out access. Whether you`re relaxing by the fireplace, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoying the fresh mountain air from the hot tub, this unit is the perfect retreat after a day of adventure.

The spacious and sun-filled living room features a comfortable L-shaped couch, flat-screen TV, and a warm, inviting fireplace. Large windows frame breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, filling the room with natural light and enhancing the chalet-style ambiance.
Kitchen & Dining Area:
Fully equipped with modern appliances, the kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with ease. It includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a wooden dining table that seats six, perfect for family meals or board games in the evening.
Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with plush linens and a rustic wooden bed frame, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The second bedroom features a twin-over-double bunk bed, ideal for both kids and adults.
The upstairs common area is home to a queen-sized Murphy bed, providing additional sleeping space while maintaining a flexible layout.
Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms, each equipped with a bath/shower combination, ensure comfort for all guests. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience.
Private Balcony:
Enjoy spectacular mountain views from your private balcony, complete with a small BBQ and a hot tub. The hot tub is the perfect place to unwind, offering privacy and relaxation after a long day of skiing or exploring.
When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium foil, seran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent.
SKI IN/OUT ACCESS:
Snow Pines area at Big White Ski Resort offers true ski-in/ski-out access, with the property having direct ski-out access to chairlifts and ski-in access for the return trip. You can ski directly from the property to the Ridge Rocket Express, Snow Ghost, or Village Plaza lifts, and ski back to the property via the Serwa`s Trail run or the main cat track.
Listing access:
Guests have private access to the entire townhouse. Guests are able to enter via keypad. You will have two outdoor parking stalls, access to a ski locker and a private hot tub.
