Adequate for our needs for our short 3 night stay. No extra bells and whistles and not needed for our purposes. The peaceful nature of the home and surroundings were the standout. Close to Sevierville and most attractions.

Host was very responsive. Location wss great, close to main activities, but still quaint and private. Only drawback was no hot tub which was listed as an amenitie. Comfortable and supplied well.

The house is cute and cozy, great location. The only thing we had an issue with was ticks, which of course is part of nature and is expected when staying near woods just warning anyone staying with pets to be on the look out.

Very nice out of the way location. Quiet. House had everything we needed for eating and sleeping. Fire ring was nice in the evening for roasting some hot dogs and sausage. The only problem we had was with the bathroom sink. Water backed up immediately after turning on the water. Had to clean it out.

We were very pleased with the location and cleanliness of this home. We enjoyed our stay. It is very strange that I was asked about having a pet with us as we don't even own any pets. Not pleased with that question.

Nice Getaway

Very nice last minute getaway. 3 bedrooms were perfect. Small but nice! Far enough to be away from the strip, but close enough to get there quickly. The fire pit was a big hit and enjoyed by all! Nice quiet place to stay, very clean! Cooked meals in well equipped kitchen! Had a great time!

The place was really clean and nice. We did have a problem with not being able to park our truck and trailer there. However Mr Walt Wall the propertt manager went abo e and beyond to help is find a place toput our trailer for 2 nights!! I highly reccomend any property listed by Mr Walt!!

Wouldnt stay again.

Communication from the rental company was okay. Be aware you will miss the driveway if you use google maps. There was a massive amount of burned plastic and junk in the fire pit. The second bed in the second bedroom was broken in places, there were no knives in the kitchen, the floors were dirty and the vacuum didn't work at all. There were cobwebs and very feminine smelling soap in each bathroom. It was okay for the time we were there but I would not stay again. We also paid for our dogs through VRBO and there was a massive miscommunication with the company and we were charged twice. Would not use CITC again or stay here again.

Great location!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. Can’t beat the location,10 minutes from Dollywood, but just far enough away to be quiet and have a mountain feel. House was very clean and the trail in the backyard was great for walking our dog everyday! Kids really enjoyed that! We didn’t get to enjoy it due to rain, but the fire pit is also very nice and tons of firewood to use! Also enjoyed the strong Wi-FI which is not always the case when in the mountains! Check in/out was also very easy and straightforward. Couple small improvements would be adding hooks to back of bathroom doors to allow for hanging towels. There were none that we could find throughout the house. Also, the listing stated the house as having a washer and dryer,but doesn’t. We stayed for a week and packed light with the intention of washing clothes mid-week. There is a laundromat 5 mins away but would’ve been nice to not have to venture out. Overall, the house is a great value and we would stay here again!! Host is also quick to respond to questions.

As for the Washer and Dryer, I obviously need to label the door and in the book at the property. It is located behind the main bedroom door. If that bedroom door is left open, you will never see it.
