Assigned parking: Any space marked with a unit number is reserved exclusively for that unit. Parking in another unit’s assigned space is not permitted.



Winter Conditions



Olympic Valley receives significant snowfall. The HOA plows the main driveway only—individual parking spaces are not cleared.
