Apartamento de dos dormitorios en el extremo del Punto duerme seis y cuenta con hermosa vista panorámica del río Potomac. Los huéspedes disponen de piscina y el jacuzzi privilegios. Apartamento se encuentra a una cuadra del río y dos cuadras de la bahía, a poca distancia de restaurantes y otras atracciones. Apartamento está totalmente equipado con wifi, televisión por cable, así como una nueva cocina con lavadora / secadora, capacidad para 6 personas. Attched es nuestra principal residencia propiedad de Eric y Edward.

Hot tub and private OASIS in the back was fabulous! View from porch was wonderful! We sipped our coffee on the porch and looked out over the park and water. Had a wonderful time.

Zen pool area. Beautiful and relaxing. Balcony great view. The host went out of his way to keep the pool available in late October. We were very lucky with weather. Beds very comfy. Would rebook. Definitely a hidden gem.

It's a very cute private apartment. I loved how close the beach is. My husband, daughter (6) and myself enjoyed hanging pool side and beach side :) I recommend this place in early Sept if you want a quiet place to unwind. We had the beach to ourselves. We also got perfect weather! :)

Perfection! The apartment was just right, exactly as advertised- clean, comfy, cool and welcoming. The pool/hot tub area was a beautiful oasis! We loved everything about our stay here. Hosts were friendly and helpful, very responsive. Beautiful art in the house, the artist is one of the hosts! Book it, you will not regret it!

Our stay really was perfect. When we walked in our six year old claimed the apartment felt “luxurious!” But he was not wrong. Well decorated, well equipped, and very comfortable with the best location. We truly felt like we had everything we needed. Communication with our host was easy and the pool was just the cherry on top of a great mini vacation. The kids were not ready to leave and we hope to return again.

Excellent place with wonderful hosts.

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. The accommodations were clean and well stocked. The location was perfect. The kids loved having full access to the pool. The hosts were extremely welcoming and available. We hope to stay again next year.

Fabulous Stay

Wonderful stay! The apartment was perfect for our trip, it was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. The pool/backyard area was amazing. The location was great; right across from a park we we’re able to take our dog to every day. Beautiful views. The owners were so nice and we definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed an incredible getaway at Eric and Edward's place. Accurate listing, excellent communication, fantastic location. This was our first trip to Colonial Beach, and due in large part to the wonderful hospitality by our hosts, we hope to return again and again!

Great apartment. So close to beaches. Open park that is great for letting trained dogs run. Nice dog park nearby.

Fantastic Stay

We had an amazing time with Ed and Eric! The location at the south end of Colonial Beach was perfect (quiet beach but walking distance to downtown) and the pool area was very relaxing. The condo was clean and spacious for our family (1 year old, 4 year old, dog). Highly recommend!

Great Weekend Stay

We stayed here for a final end of summer getaway. My son greatly enjoyed the pool and all the floats. It is a second floor apartment, so the stairs were a bit of a challenge for my mom, but Edward kindly helped her bring our stuff upstairs as I hadn't arrived yet. Overall, we had a lovely time and hope to be back in the future.

Beautiful property

Recently stayed here with my daughter for a girls trip. The property is beautiful and the owners were nice and friendly. I was a little disappointed that they gave us less than an hours notice that they were having a get together and we weren’t permitted in the pool area until they were done. Other than that we had a nice experience.

5 Stars in Colonial Beach

We had an absolutely excellent time at Edward and Eric’s place. The location was convenient to everything! We had an incredible view straight to the river, not far from the point, and only a 5 minute drive to restaurants and stores. Also, the dog park on the bay side was super close! The house was perfect. Good kitchen, bathroom, and comfortable bedrooms and living room. The pièce de résistance was the pool in the backyard oasis. It was perfect with places to lounge in the sun and shade. Absolutely perfect! And Edward had great recommendations for places to go! Definitely coming back!

labor day weekend

very nice/clean. owners very pleasant. You might want to know that the pool on the property is a community pool. We went biking and came back to find 2 people and a dog in the pool. We were not told that at the time we make reservations. Overall very pleasant and alot to keep you busy. Would recommend this place. THANKS Eric & Edward

Lovely apartment with water view

My wife and I were looking for a peaceful getaway to celebrate our 20th anniversary. This was the perfect place! The well-appointed space includes a lovely little private balcony overlooking a park and the Potomac River which we enjoyed every morning. The kitchen is very well-equipped, with a full size refrigerator, range, oven, small appliances such as toaster, toaster oven, Keurig (with delicious coffee pods provided!), cutlery, etc. The bed was very comfy, the living room has a comfy couch, chairs, large TV, games, etc. Only drawback we find was a small shower and steep stairs leading up to the apt, but Edward (one of the wonderful hosts) helped us carry our luggage up and made us feel quite welcome! We loved sitting in the hot tub under the starry sky, and we're looking forward to coming back to enjoy the pool and outdoor lounge area during the summer!

WONDERFUL stay in gorgeous apartment

I truly can not say enough wonderful things about our stay at Eric and Edward's apartment. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated with Eric's artwork and very comfortable beds and couches. The kitchen was SO incredibly equipped, we were shocked at all of the available appliances and things like spices, GOOD knives, etc. The location is great -- literally just across the park from the river, and probably a little over 100 yards to a beach! Walking distance to a great tiki bar and restaurant, and super close to lots of great little restaurants. We were provided with lots of information about the area, including restaurant recommendations, all of which were spot on. And the pool area was absolutely perfect -- this is where we spent most of our time! Lots of shade for those who need it, but plenty of sun worshiping space for those looking to get a tan! We will DEFINITELY be back!!

Bright, clean and comfortable, perfect!

We had never been to Colonial Beach and are so glad we came to Edward & Eric's slice of heaven. Their apartment was perfect for us and our two fur babies. We had plenty of room to stretch out and great deck to enjoy our coffee each day after exploring the many parks and trails around the area. A fully equipped kitchen was great for creating some home cooked meals. A couple of nights we played games out of the cabinet instead of watching TV. Every night the sunsets were incredible, we saw eagles and osprey and loved the quiet neighborhood. We even arrived home one day to find a vase of fresh cut daffodils! I wish I could give Edward and Eric 10 stars for their lovely and accommodations and hospitality. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

The best!

This was our third time to the bluebird and we have nothing but great things to say about it. First, the place is very clean-I’m a little germaphobic and wiped every surface with Clorox wipes when we got there and the wipes were spotless. The hosts, Edward and Eric, couldn’t be nicer. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We even borrowed two beach chairs! The pool is an oasis-tons of fun floats, crystal clear salt water, and just an overall fabulous outdoor space with lots of seating options. We can’t wait to go back next summer!

ALWAYS WONDERFUL!

The beach house in Colonial Beach was such a lovely escape from the city. I believe this was our 4th time visiting. Eric and Edward are such fantastic hosts. The house was extremely well stocked, with everything would could have needed or wanted. The house was immaculately clean. The pool is always a stunner, with such a beautiful backyard. Come check out Eric and Edward's charming place, and the lovely town of Colonial Beach you will not be disappointed!
