We could not get in the home at check in because the lock box batteries was dead and it took someone 1.22 hours to bring us a single key with promises to have the lock box fixed the following day, the owner was a no show, we stuffed a paper towel and taped the lock since we had one key and every time somebody went out the door locked. The home does not fit 7 adults and 3 kids comfortably. It sleeps 6 people. The couch is broken and the couch bed is inoperable. It does not seat 10 for a meal, it seats 8, 4 at the kitchen bar for kids, 4 at a table in the kitchen and 2 in the living room with no tv trays.The bunk over the double twin bunk in the guest room is broken and unsafe for kids to sleep on. The house was not clean when we got there so we cleaned the bugs off windowsills counter shelves in kitchen and bathrooms and cleaned the icebox. Inappropriate material was in the closet that was found by my 11 year old grandson because nobody did a once over before we arrived. We were accused of bringing the inappropriate material but we just ignored it. Our family had a great time because we were all so happy to be together for Christmas and I never would’ve left a derogatory comment but I received several rude messages from the host, the last was 7 hours after my reply message at 11pm on a Sunday, we go to bed early because our days starts at 4:30am. To receive a reply message at 11pm on a work night is unprofessional and harassment..
