Welcome to your dream vacation getaway! This stunning 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom home was newly built on what was once the 15th hole of the historic Gulf Hills Golf Club – a course where legends like Elvis Presley used to hang out!
Located just minutes from downtown Ocean Springs, you’ll have access to a vibrant mix of shops, bars, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. Plus, you're only a quick trip over the bridge to Biloxi’s world-famous casinos.
The home features a primary bedroom with a luxurious king bed and an attached bathroom for privacy and comfort. There are two guest rooms – one with a queen bed and another with a bunk bed (twin on top, double on the bottom), offering space for everyone to relax. Each bedroom has a Smart TV to use your accounts to stream your favorite shows.
The open space living room was a large Smart TV to gather around, perfect for cozy nights in.
When you're not dining at the many nearby restaurants, you’ll love preparing meals in the fully modern kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you need for a home-cooked feast.

The owner Steve bought the newly built home in December 2023 and has decided to make it a vacation rental for those wanting to stay in Ocean Springs when not using it himself when visiting family in the area. It is managed by Chris, who has been managing vacation rentals in Ocean Springs for more than a decade.
