Directamente frente al mar, este luminoso apartamento de 40 m2 consta de un dormitorio separado con una cama king size (180 cm), una televisión plana de 22 pulgadas, un armario de pared a pared con todas las sábanas y toallas necesarias, aire acondicionado, Un baño con ducha y todas las comodidades, batas de baño, pantuflas y una sala de estar con una gran cocina totalmente equipada con utensilios, cafetera, cafetera Nespresso, un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas. Perfect Location

We loved our stay in Pollonia! The apartment was clean, excellent bed and linens, kitchen had everything we needed including a washer which was very welcome. Dimitri was always attentive and helpful making our stay easy. A quick walk took us to a variety of places to eat and the sunsets were the best! I highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful place with lovely local cat

Our stay in Apollonia was pure perfection! The property itself was impeccably clean, and Dimitry, the manager, deserves a gold star. He was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything for a comfortable stay. An added bonus was meeting the coolest cat ever who likes to visit guests. Just make sure to give him some love! The location was fantastic too, just a 10-minute walk to town. Honestly, everything about this place was perfect – highly recommended!

Best sleeps on such a comfy bed

We spent 4 lovely days and nights in Pollinia at this fab little suite. Loads of positives. Nothing was too much trouble to our super host, Dimitri. The bed was really comfortable and we slept so well. The large Smart TV had all the usual You tube, Netflix etc. The suite is a couple of minutes walk to a beach side taverna with lovely views, and a few more minutes on into the restaurants and a very cheap supermarket. The views from the terrace were lovely and Dimitri did encourage other guests in the block not to park in front of our view, so most of the time, we were looking out to sea and not at cars and people walking past. The sea was quite choppy on windy days, but was a joy to snorkel in when the wind dropped. Overall, a very nice place to stay for a short break in Pollinia.

Great Apartment in Apollonia

We enjoyed our three night stay in Apollonia. The apartment was great - a five to ten minute walk to most restaurants in town, with a great beach out front. We also appreciated having a washing machine in the apartment. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay in Pollonia. The view from your front door is absolutely amazing and the swimming right in front is also nice. Within walking distance to amazing food and desserts. Would definitely stay again!

Great experience

Dimitris was a kind and gracious host, and our stay in the apartment was excellent. The location was great (a short walk into downtown Pollonia), and the apartment was kept incredibly clean. We hope to be able to visit again sometime!

Perfect location

Apartment was in a perfect location for both lazing about and access to the rest of the island. Manager Dimitris was exceptionally helpful ( particularly in the pastry dept.). The apartment could not be faulted , everything worked , housekeeping fine. We had the worlds best swimming pool outside the front door. Restaurants ,bars 10 mins away. Drive to anywhere on the island is no more than 25 minutes.

Fabulous location and site; cleanliness issues.

This apartment was located in a quiet, wonderful, non-busy corner of Pollonia. It had unbeatable views, was within easy walking distance to town/restaurants, was comfortable, had excellent WiFi and hot water, even had a washing machine, and everything worked. The downside was that the apartment was inexcusably dirty upon arrival. The floor was covered with sand and dirt, none of the counter-tops were clean, and the shower even had mold growing in it. Upon arrival, we spent a few hours cleaning the apartment. We then asked the manager to leave us a broom so we could keep the floors clean, but no broom was ever provided in our week long stay. The listing manager was very responsive to texts (although we never met her), and said that the cleaning person "would fix whatever was needed". While feeling sorry for the cleaning person, we did not want her back in the apartment because her assessment was that "it was clean upon our arrival"; she also spoke no english which didn't help. Wonderful apartment and location but they seriously need to get a clue about keeping a place clean.

Très bon séjour à Pollonia

Très bel appartement, bien agencé, avec une vue splendide sur la mer, situé dans un quartier calme près du centre ville, de la plage, des restaurants, de l'arrêt de bus et du port pour se rendre à Kimolos. Nous avons été accueilli par Dimitri qui gère d'une main de maître la quiétude et les exigences des résidents. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Milos, malgré le meltem qui a soufflé très fort en cette fin septembre.

Perfect Greek Holiday Apartment

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful apartment in Pollonia on Milos for nine days and I don’t know if words can express how truly special this place is. Our first days the weather was hot but windy on this north side of Milos, but with the windows swung open wide, the warm seabreeze blowing through and the hot Greek sun - the place was absolutely magical. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, it’s got a well-stocked kitchen that we used constantly, and there’s regular fresh linens, towels and cleaning service. During our nine-day stay we rented a car to experience some of the other beaches and villages on Milos. In the end, we found that the ocean right in front of the apartment was our favorite. The water is so clean and fresh, And there’s a perfect little protected cove to swim in. The town of Polonia with its restaurants and beautiful beach is just minutes away as well. The whole experience was perfect and we are already planning our next trip back.

The perfect place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for the first 5 nights of our honeymoon. It was so perfect. It's walking distance to downtown Pollonia where you will find amazing restaurants, a quiet swimming beach, transportation rentals (we rented a quad and spent our days exploring the Island on it) , little shops and so much more. The place was very clean and spacious with our own private patio overlooking the water. Great place to have a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Demetri was an amazing host. He gave us so much information about the island when we checked in. He was easy to contact and made sure we had everything we needed. He even brought us a pastry one night from the local bakery. Stay here and enjoy Milos!

My husband and I spent the last 10 days of our holiday here and could not have picked a more wonderful place to finish our holiday. The weather was perfect, the view amazing and the water so clear and inviting. I started each morning and ended each day with a lovely swim or snorkel right out front our apartment. Dimitri was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. We found the visit each morning of the lovely cat family such a delight - it made us want to adopt them all...

Perfect place for your visit to Pollonia!

This apartment was absolutely lovely. The bedroom gets very dark and it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and well made. The shower was great and spacious. Good hot water and A/C. There was plenty of storage for luggage and clothing. There is a washing machine in the apt. We googled instructions on how to use it (because it's pretty old) but were able to figure it out and it worked great! We unfortunately came to Pollonia on a very windy week (it happens sometimes) so we didn't spend much time on our lovely porch until the last few days of our stay. The apt came with two thick blankets so we bundled up one evening and watched the sunset from the porch - you can see it! And it was a stunning view! And once the weather changed, we spent an incredible night out on our porch dancing and talking under the stars and listening to the sounds of the surf. Truly magical! Our host Dimitri was very helpful and available to us 24 hours a day. He picked us up from the airport (so kind), gave us a terrific tour of the area recommending all the great places to eat, and brought us an amazing dessert on our first night from what became our FAVORITE bakery in all of Greece (Kivotos) - located just around the corner from the apt. We proceeded to eat there for breakfast every morning of our trip. Just a few downsides - The neighborhood of Pollonia is a little more expensive than we were expecting but we found some tasty food at the local taverns in addition to the amazing bakery. The beach outside the apartment looks very pretty with interesting rock formations and crystal clear water. We were sad we didn't get to swim there because of the windy weather, but were able to find other more sandy and calm beaches on the island (there are many!). There are lots of stray cats in Milos and a handful that hang out around the apt. They weren't a big deal but you need to keep an eye out if you leave doors or windows open. When we first arrived, the apt had bath towels but no beach towels. We eventually got beach towels (the moment we asked for them) but it would have been ideal to have had multiple sets of beach and bath towels in the apt when we arrived. This was not an inconvenience, as I said, we called Dimitri and he brought us the towels we needed instantly! We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation in a stunning setting.

Amazing apartment by the sea

We were lucky enough o spend 4 nights in this seafront flat recently. The apartment was well equipped and beautiful. The private patio overlooking the sea is a great place to have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Dimitri, was always available to answer any questions we had or offer suggestions. He also assisted with airport transfers. I would recommend anyone traveling to Milos to book this seaside gem!

De superbes vacances sur une très belle île

Dimitri nous a accueilli avec une grande hospitalité et gentillesse. Tout était conforme à la description et propre. Le village de Pollonia est à 7 minutes à pied et possède de nombreux atouts : restaurants, supermarket, loueurs de voiture et une petite plage organisée très calme. Milos est vraiment une destination reposante et magnifique. Pour les fans de standuppaddle, vous pourrez trouver des spots très interessants.

Friendly, Nice view and very clean

Very nice flat with brand new equipment and splendid view.Dimitri was very helpfull too to find the best spots around. I would for sure recommend this place.

excellent location in front of the sea. dimitri , the owner was more then helpfull in many things which we really didn't expect. always around the property in case you need him. the apt was clean , full of all you need and great wifi connection. we have a 4 years old child and definitely reccomended if you have a child with you. pollonia is the best place to stay in milos. quiet, relaxing, beautiful. the apt was right in front of sunset in the eve.... a dream vacation . thank you dimitri for all your kindness, help , and availability.

excellent séjour à Pollonia !

Nous venons de passer 11 jours dans ce très agréable appartement qui correspond tout à fait au descriptif. La vue sur la mer et les piscines naturelles est magnifique et nous sommes à 5 mn à pieds du petit port de Pollonia et de ses agréables restaurants. Les services offerts sont vraiment parfaits et la chaleureuse présence de Dimitris contribue à rendre le séjour idéal.Il est toujours attentionné,souriant et à l'écoute de tous nos souhaits tout en restant très discret. L'ile de MILOS vaut vraiment qu'on y séjourne , côtes absolument magnifiques, petits villages de pêcheurs plein de charme. Ne pas manquer la journée en mer autour de Polyaigos sur le Perséas en compagnie du capitaine Andréas. Journée inoubliable, barbecue dans une petite crique aux eaux turquoise.Le très sympathique capitaine offre sûrement la meilleure prestation de l'île dans ce domaine. Si nous revenons à Milos nous retiendrons sans hésiter cette location qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes.

Fantastic | The Highlight of Our Honeymoon

We loved the property and is in Pollonia. Demitri, the owner, is a lovely host and is so accommodating and thoughtful. He gave us local tips on where to eat, drink, swim, and even the best bakeries on the island. We wished we could stay there for a month and really live like a local. We may have to make it an annual or semi-annual ritual in the future for our anniversary. Thanks Demiti!

I wish we stayed longer!

From the time we got off the ferry until the time we left we fell in love with the island. Dimitri was FANTASTIC! He works for the owner and picked us up and gave us lots of valuable information about the island and the village of Pollonia. An excellent host! The apartment was perfect for 2 people and located just across the quiet lane from fabulous swimming beach. The beach has very little sand but great rock formations which were easy to get comfortable on. The apartment was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and lots of dishes. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Lots of great restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. Oh yes...did I mention Dimitri was fantastic?!?
