Welcome to our newly remodeled river home nestled along the picturesque St. Croix River. This charming property boasts its own private beach, with shared stairs directly to the beach and a shared 30’ dock area for your boat, kayak, jet ski, or simply lounging in the sun.

Enjoy 70’ of private shoreline complete with chairs and a fire pit for cozy evenings by the water.

Relax on the expansive 40’ deck, complete with a Black Stone grill, outdoor dining area, and comfortable seating perfect for soaking in the serene surroundings.

Inside, the main level showcases an open concept design featuring a living room with an electric fireplace and a smart TV, a dining area with seating for eight, and a fully equipped kitchen with an island that seats four, ideal for meal preparation and socializing. A convenient half bath further enhances the functionality of the space.

Venture downstairs to find a cozy den with a pullout couch, three bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation after a day of outdoor adventure.

- While the owners live next door, they respect your privacy and will only interact upon request, ensuring a peaceful and uninterrupted getaway at this riverside retreat.
- To enjoy the wonderful views and treehouse atmosphere that there are 26 concrete stairs and to access the house and 25 wooden stairs to reach the beach.
- This property is located in the protected scenic St.Croix River Valley, making it beautiful and rich with wildlife. To preserve its natural beauty, the beach remains in its wild state, with sand, rocks and sticks on the shoreline. We hope you'll be fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of the abundant wildlife during your stay.

We take our guests lead and will interact as much or little as requested.
There is no parking on the road. All vehicles must fit on the gravel driveway with max of 4 vehicles. There is a park and ride less then one mile from the house if you need extra parking spots.
