Bedroom 2 - King Suite with Bunk Bed & Full Bathroom

Spacious bedroom #2 with a bunk bed includes a king size bed on the bottom and full size bed on the top. This large bedroom has a full bathroom as well. Guests can expect premium mattress and linens, floor to ceiling windows, and immaculate design. After a day on the slopes, unwind with a cozy movie night in this bedroom, complete with a 55” flat-screen smart TV. This King Suite features a large bathroom with bathtub, quartz vanity with LED mirror, and luxury bath amenities.

Spacious bedroom #3 with a king size bed, 55’’ flat-screen smart TV and en Suite bathroom could be rented as a separate studio. The king size bed is styled with leather headboard and integrated reading lights. This King Suite has a kitchenette that includes Nespresso coffee machine, undercounter refrigerator, microwave, sink and housewares. The studio has a dedicated work space, sectional couch with white oak coffee table and complimentary Wi-Fi. In-room safe is also available for our guests convenience. You'll find everything you need to create a delicious meal, from measuring cups to a wine decanter and everything in between.

But the fun doesn’t stop on the slopes. Our prime location puts you steps away from some of the finest dining Aspen and Snowmass has to offer. Whether you're in the mood for a cozy bistro or an upscale culinary experience, we recommend checking out Kenichi Sushi or Mawa’s Kitchen, both offering unforgettable meals.

The whole home is included in the rental, please make yourself at home.

1. This accommodation includes one parking spot with valet service required for all guests. If you have more than one car it has to be parked at Snowmass Base Village.

2. Check-in is available at the hotel's front desk.

3. We recommend making your reservations in advance for meals and car services which you can do with a concierge at the hotel.
PARKING
On site parking for maximum 1 vehicle. Hotel allows 1 car only at Valet. No Self-Parking Option. Any additional cars have to be parked at Snowmass Village.


SMOKING
No smoking inside or outside of the home under any circumstances.
No THC or Marijuana use.
You will incur an additional fee if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 11:00pm - 7:00am every day of the week and year.

EVENTS
Please note that parties and events are not allowed at our home. We also don't allow gatherings of more than 8 people


ACCIDENTS HAPPEN
If something breaks, is damaged or stained; please let us know immediately so we can try to fix/replace or stain treat the item promptly before our next guests arrive.

OTHER
Furnishings and amenities will be as described whenever possible. If an item is damaged/broken/lost the owner will restock as soon as possible. Items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.

If there is an emergency, the owner reserves the right to enter the property or assign another person to enter the property on his/her behalf.

When leaving the property please ensure that all the exterior doors, windows and balcony door are locked.

In consideration of being permitted to rent this property, I agree on my own behalf and on behalf of all my invitees and guests, I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury and death. The owners of the home do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the vacation rental, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of anything arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to visit the premise.
