This one story home has a large master suite and 2 separate bedrooms great for a friends getaway or family vacation. Newly remodeled, painted and updated.

The master suite sits separate from the other two bedrooms in the house and has a large plush cal-king bed with private access to the back yard. You will also have your own private master bath suite with separate shower and soaking tub. Enjoy two separate sinks, and a large walk-in closet.

The bunkbed room is the perfect room for the kids. Bunkbeds are large enough to accompany adults. There’s also a closet with chest of drawers in the bunkbed room.

The queen bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably for those traveling with multiple family members. This room also has its own closet.

Both queen bedroom and bunkbed rooms share a bathroom around the corner in the hall.

The living room is a great place to relax, watch TV, or challenge your over competitive uncle to a game of charades.

A beautiful backyard green oasis with no neighbors to the back is the perfect place to have drinks as the sun goes down. Pets will enjoy the space to run around.

Guest's do not have access to the garage.

Landscapers may be working on the yard during your stay.

Tampering with safety cameras on property, including but not limited to: disconnecting power source, interfering with wifi connectivity, or manually moving and or blocking cameras, will result in a $500 service call charged to guest to reset the system. This will also result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund for any used or unused portion of stay.

Pets:
We love our furry friends. Pets are allowed (maximum 2). Please clean up after your pets, failure to do so prior to your departure will result in a $50 fee. Pets are not allowed onto furniture.

The grounds are maintained through the HOA and are given access once a week. You may encounter them during the day.

Trash day is on Monday.

Due to HOA restrictions, only 4 guest per reservation are permitted to use the community amenities. Please reach out with any questions.
