2114 Windsor is the perfect 1 bedroom getaway in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Plantation. This oceanfront complex has many onsite amenities and is steps to the sand on one of Hilton Heads best beach communities. Located on the 1st floor or the building, at the top of a 1 flight of stairs. If stairs are a concern there is a building elevator from the parking garage below.

Entering the villa you will find an open floor plan with the kitchen and laundry to the right, the first of two full bathrooms is to the left, and the dining and living room ahead. Just beyond the living room is a gorgeous view of the Windsor Place pool and grounds, with the Hilton Head's famous beach and the Atlantic Ocean just steps beyond.

Take in the ocean air on the villa's large outside covered deck. The deck has a table with chairs and a relaxing lounge chair. The bedroom is off the living room with direct access to the deck as well. A king bed and en suite bathroom make up the bedroom highlight the space and a large hi-def TV. The private, primary bathroom has large soaking tub as well as a walk in shower. The living room has a modern set up with a pull out sofa to create a second bedroom space when wanted. Stored onsite, there is also a rollaway twin size bed for total sleeping up to 5. The villa features streaming TVs in the living room and bedroom, wi-fi, linens and starter amendites.

- Decals must be properly affixed and passes visible at all times. Vehicles without a displayed pass or decal may be cited.
- Parking on roadways or in yards is not permitted.

- Electric boats belonging to property owners are permitted on lakes and lagoons. Gas engines are prohibited.
- No swimming in lakes or lagoons.
- Loud music or excessive noise is not tolerated at any time.
- Alligators are dangerous. State law prohibits any person from feeding, enticing, or harassing alligators.
- Do not feed wildlife of any kind in Palmetto Dunes.
