The building is 2 blocks from the famous 5th Avenue for shopping and many, many great restaurants and night spots. If you want to buy your own groceries and supplies it is only 2 blocks to Walmart or 3 to Mega Mart. You are half a block from the municipal park where many music festivals and celebrations are hosted including beautiful light displays at Christmas and Carnival.
In your rental are two passes to the BWell gym located in the building to use as often as you want during your stay.
This newly renovated penthouse condo has 1 bedroom with a king size bed as well as a sofa bed in the living area to sleep up to 4 guests. The bedroom has a small outdoor area and a large walk in closet with a safe to secure your valuables. In suite, you will enjoy the newly renovated kitchen with full size fridge as well as stove top, oven and dishwasher as well as all the dishes, small appliances and cookware you will require if you wish to prepare your own meals. The dining room and living area lead to a balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast or morning coffee. Your condo has in suite laundry. On the upper level of you will enjoy the newly renovated kitchen with full size fridge as well as stove top, oven and dishwasher as well as all the dishes, small appliances and cookware you will require if you wish to prepare your own meals. The dining room and living area lead to a balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast or morning coffee. Your condo has in suite laundry. On the upper level of your condo is the private rooftop in which you will enjoy your own barbeque, sink and prep area, a private jacuzzi tub and room for dining, tanning or just relaxing with a cool drink.
The building features a shared roof top with a pool, hot tub and hammock and tanning areas. The building also has a garden area for quiet relaxation or meditation. One underground parking space is included in your rental. The building has an elevator with access to all levels.
