Fabulous condo steps from the beach and 5th Ave, rooftop pool

We appreciate all guest feedback, and we also feel it’s important to share the context from our side. As soon as Jerrie requested more drinking water, a new jug was brought up to the apartment right away. Because there was no response when we knocked—in the evening—we were only able to deliver it the following day. During this particular stay, a major power outage affected multiple states. Many areas were without electricity for several days. Fortunately, power at the apartment was restored after approximately four hours. We understand the inconvenience this caused; however, it was out of our control entirely. Regarding the toilet issue, this was an unexpected maintenance problem. We arranged for a plumber and had it repaired as quickly as possible. Lastly, September is the rainy season in Playa del Carmen, and daily rain is common. On rainy days, the outdoor chair cushions are kept inside to prevent damage. We understand that the wooden sunbeds can feel firm without cushions, but this is the reason they were not available outdoors at that moment. We truly care about our guests’ comfort and always do our best to respond promptly and resolve any unforeseen issues.
