The house has great Sound views and close to Ft. Casey. The driveway is a little steep. The living room is nicely set up for family gatherings. The host was very accommodating and prompt on responses.

The property is in a fantastic location and the house is beautiful as advertised! I reserved this house for my wedding weekend on whidbey and overall, they had a great experience. However, be warned that the hosts will be watching their ring cameras and methodically counting the number of guests that go into the house at all hours which was unfortunate considering it was a wedding weekend and people were coming in and out.

Perfect Trip

The house has everything you will need for an awesome trip. We used the kayaks and SUP as well as the chairs. The beach was pretty and we had it to ourselves. Slightly windy but still great. Coupeville is quaint and cute. We loved our stay!

Our group of seven 60-something women loved our time at Yvonne’s house. The large, comfortable living spaces, with a fabulous deck overlooking Penn Cove, along with plenty of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms, was better than many of us expected, and a great place to hang out and cook meals together. It’s an easy walk to the beach, as well as to the great Price Sculpture Forest (highly recommended). Coupeville is a short drive (or long walk) away, and the spectacular Ebey’s Landing bluff trail is also nearby.

This property was perfect for our family reunion. Fourteen of us, ages 6-65, gathered for three days. Everything that we needed was available to enjoy the beach, the marine museum and wharf, sculpture park, meals, games, and terrific views. The owner was very responsive and we would definitely book again. Highly recommend.

There was ample living space and accommodations for well over a dozen guests if desired, nestled just steps to the waterfront, park, dining and more.

Awesome stay!

We had a great Christmas stay here with family and friends. The property is awesome with amazing views. It is also very well maintained and well euipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms had a lot amenities and plenty of toiletries and the space downstairs was a lot of fun for the kids with the bunk bed room and the giant TV. The hosts were also very responsive - we had a small issue with hot water in one of the bathrooms that they took care of promptly. Overall, an awesome experience and definitely strongly recommended.

Very Nice Home

The home was beautiful and the property manager was prompt in answering all of our questions. Highly recommend this home for larger groups We were a group of 10 and did not feel the least bit crowded.

Great Summer Get Away

This beautiful, well appointed home comfortably fit 5 couples. It was located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked for group dinners. We enjoyed the visiting bald Eagle, bunnies, and deer. We spent a lot of time on the expansive deck admiring the amazing view.

Gorgeous home and gorgeous views!

The Luxe Lookout was perfect for our large family. The home is beautifully furnished and appointed with everything we needed (and more!). The short walk to the beach is definitely worth it and a perfect spot to use the paddle boards and kayaks. The views throughout the house are incredible. My favorite was the deck off the living and kitchen area - it was a perfect place to relax and so peaceful. I would definitely stay at this property again.

BEST Beach House on the Island

My family and I stayed at this lovely beach house for a week and it could not have been a more perfect stay. The house is super cozy with stunning beach views and a quick walk to the private beach down below. We enjoyed site seeing and checking out the little downtown nearby with the cute shops and restaurants. The house itself had everything we could possible need and the check in and out was effortless. The kitchen was well equipped and we made most our meals at home. Definitely worth the stay and a gorgeous gem of a house with plenty of room for multiple people to stay comfortably. We can’t wait to go back next summer!

Beautiful house with spectacular views, and daily wildlife sightings

From the moment we stepped into the house, we were treated with spectacular views of the sound and Mt. Baker (I think). There were views from literally all rooms, except one, and even from the basement! The kitchen was large, open and upscale. During the day, we opened up the french doors leading from the dining room to the large deck, where we read, chilled, and barbequed with the hummingbirds all around us. We also saw deer passing through the yard every morning. My husband and son loved the kayaks provided for us, but we didn't have a shellfish license or permit to put out the crab pot--next time we will come prepared. Overall, the stay was over the top, we wished we lived there. Thank you!!
