Other things to note: - Elevate your stay with convenient trash disposal via the chute located by the elevator.
- Please note that pets and smoking are strictly prohibited within the unit. Renters must be at least 25 years old, and the reservation holder must be present during the stay.
- Parking is limited, allowing only ONE car per unit with a parking pass. Additional parking options are available at nearby public lots for a nominal fee.
- Washer Use Policy: Do not open the washer lid once a cycle has started. Opening the lid mid-cycle will break the lid closure mechanism and render the washer unusable. Any damage caused by improper use will be the guest’s financial responsibility.
No-Smoking Policy:
Smoking Prohibited Indoors - Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes, but is not limited to, tobacco, cannabis, vaping devices (e-cigarettes), and any other form of smoking or vaping.
Outdoor Smoking - Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (describe the specific areas, e.g., “the patio or driveway”). Guests must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and ensure smoke does not enter the property through doors or windows.
Fines for Violations - If there is any evidence of smoking inside the property, including odors, ashes, cigarette butts, or damage caused by smoking, a fine of $200 to $1,000 will be charged. The amount will depend on the extent of damage and cleaning required. Additionally, any costs associated with professional cleaning or repairs will be passed on to the guest.
Smoke Detection - To enforce this policy, we use smoke detection devices and outdoor security cameras (complying with Airbnb’s privacy guidelines) to monitor for smoking-related activity. These devices are installed to protect the property and ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
Immediate Actions - If evidence of smoking is found during your stay, you may be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and applicable fines will be charged. Continued violation may result in further actions, including reporting to VRBO and a negative review.
Professional Cleaning - In the event of indoor smoking, the property will require professional deep cleaning to remove smoke odors and restore it to a clean state for future guests. Any related charges, including the use of ozone machines or special cleaning services, will be passed on to the guest responsible.

Beautiful space, great location
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! The space is clean and has plenty of space for a family of four to spread out. The location is perfect as it sits on the beach and is close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. The small grocery store across the street was a bonus too!

Overall the stay was wonderful. Easy walk to the beach, cozy little condo, pool and hot tub were amazing. The only reason for the 4 star review is the thinness of the ceiling between this unit and the one above. You can hear every footstep. If you have kids like we do, it sounds like constant running. I did bring this up to our host and she addressed the noises we heard in the wee hours of the morning.

This condo (Lexi's Place) was very accommodating! Although the wide angle lens used to photograph the place gave it a larger appearance than actual size, it was plenty of space for the two of us. We really liked the beautiful furnishing - classy but comfortable. Everything was very clean! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware. We had everything we needed except a cutting board. If I had to list anything negative, it would be the shower. It was small and had a shower curtain that was too long and could possibly be a safety hazard. Perhaps a curved shower bar mounted higher would give the illusion of a larger shower and be more safe. The design of the tub/shower faucet was difficult to use, but remained in working condition. The pool and hot tub were great! The best part of renting this condo was the easy access to the beach. Perfect!! The communication with the property management was excellent! Shanna responded to text messages very quickly and we never doubted her ability to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, we would book this location again! Thanks again!!
