Nuestra preciosa casa de campo restaurada ha sido convertida en apartamento y habitaciones de huéspedes decoradas individualmente -todas con baño adjuntos y con sus propias terrazas. Se han utilizado materiales locales y usamos energía solar y espesas cañas para el manejo de agua y para promover la vida natural. Está situada en el corazón del opulento y verde Valle Asseca, tiene su propio jardín, la casa de campo con vista a naranjales, olivos y bambúes a la orilla del sereno río Tavira.
¡Las grandes áreas de cocina y barbacoa independientes alrededor de la piscina son perfectas para grupos grandes o pequeños para disfrutar de las opciones de cocinar o festejar durante la noche mientras que los niños podrán divertirse en la piscina gratis y en la mesa de tenis! El gran espacio privado afuera permite disfrutar del sol durante el día o sentarse debajo de las infinitas estrellas durante la noche. Es un lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de la vida.

La estancia fue estupenda. Los apartamentos eran preciosos y pudimos tener cada pareja el suyo y hubo habitaciones para los hijos mayores. La casa central estaba muy bien equipada y las zonas comunes de piscina, porche y barbacoa eran una pasada!. Todo estuvo fenomenal.

Un lugar increíble

Fuimos a Fazendinha un grupo de 15 amigas de Sevilla a pasar un fin de semana. La casa es preciosa y el trato por parte de los propietarios inmejorable. La casa está muy bien cuidada, las habitaciones son preciosas, limpia y tiene de todo para desconectar de la ciudad. Se lo recomiendo tanto a personas jóvenes como a familias con niños. Tiene billar, mesa de pin-pon, juguetes para niños pequeños, piscina privada grande y pequeña, barbacoa...

Excelente lugar, excelente trato

Magnífico lugar para pasar unos días (o semanas) de vacaciones. El recinto es muy bonito con comodidad, buenas instalaciones y te permite independencia si lo deseas. Las habitaciones están muy bien, muy amplia y el cuarto de baño perfecto. El trato , inmejorable, Marc es una persona muy simpática y atenta con los huéspedes, por lo cual recomiendo totalmente el sitio. Espero no tardar mucho en volver!

La segunda experiencia tan buena como la primera

Aunque estuvimos en mayo y ya estamos en agosto, no quiero dejar de comentar nuestra estancia en Fazendinha. Nos alojamos por segundo año consecutivo a finales de mayo, éramos un grupo grande y ocupamos toda la casa. Marc nos atendió de manera esquisita como en la anterior ocasión. Disfrutamos del entorno y descubrimos Pego do inferno, lugar recomendable para el baño y la visita y muy cerca del alojamiento a pie. La casa sigue mejorando con nuevas habitaciones y más elementos que la hacen más confortable aún. Han sido unos días maravillosos y si tenemos ocasión volveremos.

Fin de semana fantástico

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo en esta casa tranquila, y llena de posibilidades. La mesa de billar y el ping-pong, no han descansado. Éramos un grupo de amigos con niños y había espacio para todos. Las zonas exteriores están perfectamente diseñadas, con jardines muy bien cuidados y espacios para todos los gustos. Los dueños han estado atentos a todo lo que hemos necesitado. La piscina estupenda. Sin duda volveremos.

eine wunderbare Woche mit Familie und Freunden

Mitte September verbrachten wir mit 25 Personen eine unvergessliche Woche im tollen Fazendinha Landhaus von Marc. Es war von Anfang an klar, dass es wohl kaum einen besseren Ort in der Algarve gibt, um mit einer großen Gruppe eine tolle Zeit zu verbringen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm und sowohl auf deutsch, als auch auf englisch jederzeit sympathisch und freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die unglaubliche Hilfsbereitschaft, das Engagement und Entgegenkommen das Marc vor, während und sogar nach dem Aufenthalt an den Tag gelegt hat. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche unserer Gäste im Alter von 1 bis 88 Jahren offen. Die Atmosphäre in und um das Haus ist einfach faszinierend und lässt sich nur schwer in Worte fassen. Bleibende Eindrücke und besondere Highlights waren: Cookie die Hausdame, der wunderschön angelegte Garten, die Aussichtsplattform auf dem Berg hinter dem Haus und natürlich der große Pool, die stilvolle Ausstattung mit Liebe zum Detail und die überaus praktische Aufteilung des gesamten Geländes und der einzelnen Zimmer. Alle Gäste waren ausnahmslos begeistert und somit bleibt uns nur zu VIELEN DANK zu sagen und uns auf das nächste mal zu freuen! Mit den allerbesten Grüßen, Kathi und Carl

Best place to turn 60!

I and a group of friends rented this stunning property for my 60th birthday celebration. It was everything I could have wished for and more. Marc was a fantastic host, was around in the background but totally non-intrusive. The place was clean, really well equipped with 2 stoves, 4 fridges and ample plates and kitchen equipment and totally private Thank you marc for a memorable trip!!

Wonderful Fazendinha

We’ve just returned from staying at Fazendinha. What a lovely peaceful place with everything you need to hand. We were a family group of 20, a mix of adults and kids. We loved to barbeque in the evenings after the kids had fun in the pool all day. The Accomadation comprised of different size family rooms was absolutely ideal for our group. Loved it, hope to return many thanks Marc!

Stunning accommodation, fantastic holiday

Marc's place is a perfect place for large family groups to stay. Each room is different, but all have en-suite and their own private terrace and table and chairs. The pool area is amazing - areas to sunbathe, sit in the shade, chill out, eat, bbq....and the setting amongst orange groves and the river valley was very beautiful. We had young kids and older teenagers, as well as senior folks, and everyone was comfortable and had a great time.

The villa was the perfect place for a group holiday. Surrounded by the most beautiful gardens.

The villa was great. Lovely pool area and well equipped. Perfect for a group holiday. Only a short drive into tavira. Cookie the dog was a lovely addition to our stay. Marc was very helpful in helping us with things to do in the local area. Fans in all rooms would be a bonus, some rooms were quite hot at night.

Absolutely Terrific Place

Marc’s place is enormous and has everything you’ll need if travelling in a big group. There’s loads of rooms of different size and bed combos, a huge communal area and an amazing pool / barbecue area. It’s well kept, clean and has everything you’ll need. Marc is incredibly helpful and on hand should you have any questions. It’s about a 10 min drive from town / supermarkets. Would certainly visit again.

Eine großartige Unterkunft für Quality Time in großen und kleinen Gruppen

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt geeignet, um abzuschalten und die Zeit mit Freunden oder der Familie zu genießen. Wir waren 20 Freunde und hatten die gesamte Unterkunft für uns. Dank Pool, Gemeinschaftsraum, großer Küche, Barbecuemöglichkeiten und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, war die Unterkunft wie für uns gemacht. Marc ist ein sympathischer und entspannter Gastgeber, was alles abgerundet hat. Vielen Dank noch mal!

Beautiful Fazendinha !

We have just returned from an amazing group holiday (10 adults 11 children) at Fazendinha. We loved the balance of a quiet location within easy reach (15 minutes) of gorgeous beaches and water parks within an 1 hour for the kids young and old !! Fazendinha is perfect for large groups with lots of shared communal space as well comfortably sized bedrooms. The pool area and outside BBQ area are fantastic and the villa gardens and landscape around it are beautiful. A real escape. We would love to return. Only request would be fans in all rooms (no air conditioning so nights were uncomfortable at times) and plenty of mozzie repellant!!

Beautiful house and gardens, wonderful host

We've just returned from a wonderful 4 nights family reunion at the Fazendinha Guesthouse. Having booked the entire place, we've had access to all the rooms, and found them all to be very pretty, authentic Portuguese, and decorated with a lot of care and to a high, solid standard, that I wouldn't be able to pick one over others. Each room has it's own patio, and there is also a large number of other outdoor seating areas around the property, all kitted with comfy garden or pool furniture, available to all the guests. That, combined with the huge living/dining room meant that at no point did any part of the indoors or outdoors space feel crammed or busy, and we were 20+ strong, including 8 children. The gardens are gorgeous and beautifully kept. Marc the host was so very kind, friendly, calm and generous, which must be why everything about Fazendinha feels positive and relaxed. Places like this stay in one's heart, which is why we recommend it wholeheartedly, and will happily visit again ourselves.

amazing birthday time

I wanted to celebrate my 30th birthday in portugal and Marc made it happen. THANKS A LOT one more time. the house is beautiful, clean and cozy. a perfect place to staz if u arrive with a big group but still wants to have a little bit private time. as everz room has thier own bathroom everzone can decide when to be with the group and when to stay by himself. Marc assists us with everzthing, food information, adresses, service, flowers and coockie (the house dog - who was alwazy looking after us :) the team is super nice, thez made the cleaning very early in the morning - so u never really realised people being there - I really liked this so we had a verz private feeling with all my guest. Though I could reach Marc whenever I wanted and needed. I am looking forward to spend more time there - I hope there will be a reason to come back. totally recomend this to everyone! best, T.

Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille

L'endroit et la maison sont magnifiques, le propriétaire est une personne disponible, bienveillante, soucieuse du bien être de ces hôtes. L'agencement de la maison nous a permis de passer des vacances familiales tout en gardant un espace d'intimité, avec la chambre et la salle de bain attenante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la piscine était parfaite, le jardin magnifique et le rapport qualité/prix est plus qu'acceptable. Encore merci à Marc pour sa gentillesse et à la personne en charge de l'entretien d'avoir entretenu l'espace extérieur durant tout le séjour afin qu'il nous soit toujours agréable d'être dehors. Petit bémol ( puisqu'il en faut un :p), la maison est un peu trop excentrée, un véhicule est, selon moi, indispensable pour profiter pleinement de son séjour.

Alles SUPER !!! Marc ist ein sehr netter unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Wir waren mit 3 Familien (je 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) dort und es war einfach nur KLASSE !! Alle sind total begeistert gewesen. Amazing holiday week

We were a family group of 14 people including adults and children. Most of the group were from Portugal and some came from England. We found out about Fazendinha through home and away website and we then went to visit in person in June before we booked. We met Mark in June who showed us around and was really friendly so we booked our week for July. We were there for a week in July and i have to say it was really relaxing. We had 4 of the rooms and there was more than enough space for everyone. We were really lucky to get really nice weather and temp of 30+ degrees everyday. The kids all enjoyed the pool area. There was a large pool which the older kids loved and even a small pool for smaller children which was a hit with the younger ones. The water was always a really good temp even for some evening swimming. By the pool you have two BBQs which we used twice and we had two very nice dinners which usually lasted until 1-2am as the atmosphere was just perfect. The outdoor areas are really well looked after and make you feel very relaxed walking round. There was a common living room with a tv with sky tv, a basket with lego toys for the little ones and a ping pong table which the kids spent alot of time using and having fun. There was a common kitchen which had all that you needed for self catering. The Fazendinha is only 10mins by car from taviras town centre where we went in the evening for ice creams and to see the little fair. The best near by beaches we recommend as we are familiar with the area are cancela velha, cabanas and manta rota. The beaches are nice and the water is amazing, all around a 20-30mins drive from Fazendinha but worth going for the day. Fazendinha is also close to some local activities we went to try stand up paddle in cabanas in the Ria and we did a horse ride hack in tavira in the countryside. Mark the owner and host was very accommodating and extremely friendly and helpful. Being dog lovers we couldn't forget to mention his dog cookie who was so nice to all of us and the kids loved to cuddle her. We only left today but are all already missing Fazendinha. We highly recommend it if you wish to have a relaxing, fun holiday. ⛱

Loved, Loved, loved it!

24 of us stayed here from Canada and we had an amazing time. We were six families in total and Fazendinha was perfect for our needs. When we arrived, we asked Mark where we could buy groceries. He offered to show us the places where we could do that in town and so we had a small car convoy following him around town as he pointed things out to us. He Was so helpful. He graciously answered any questions we had and helped out in anyway we needed. The grounds themselves were absolutely lovely, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms were quite pretty. We made good use of the kitchen and the outside barbecue. The kitchen is very well-equipped and we had everything we needed. We appreciated getting fresh eggs every morning from the chickens on site. The pool was well-maintained and someone seem to be cleaning the grounds every day. We would all go back in a heartbeat. Each of us kept telling the other how amazing it was and how perfectly suited to us.
