Capacidad para 7 personas: 2 dormitorios, 1 baño, el principal tiene cama King, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen y Twin, y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Porche proyectado; (cocina de pescado de propano) nivel de entrepiso para relajarse y cocinar (parrilla de barbacoa de propano, ahumador eléctrico) acceso a la codiciada rampa privada para botes de la comunidad para aquellos que traen botes; estacionamiento cubierto, mesa de limpieza de pescado, ducha al aire libre, TV satelital. Excelente pesca, festoneado, kayak, hermosas puestas de sol y un ambiente relajado. Un kayak disponible para su uso. Los alquileres se pueden alquilar cerca en Walter B's. Una vez que visite este lugar único, se enamorará del entorno y de las personas que hacen especial a Dekle Beach.

We are from Perry and always come and stay somewhere at the beach for Thanksgiving. This place had everything I needed to cook and was really lacking none. I forgot my cheese grader and was freaking out and when we got to the house she had 2. The house was actually very spacious too. Plan to stay again for scalloping season!

Location is very nice, not on the water but across the street. With the past hurricane the homes in front of the view have not been rebuilt so you get the sunset view of the gulf (the reason for the rental 1mm view). The home interior needs a repaint and be prepared to hall you garbage away with you as there is no garbage service. We only had one issue that was owner error, they did not pay their internet bill, so 2 of our 3 days we had no internet. Over all nice place, but definitely not a 5 star rating. Ps the neighborhood dog , a wonderful yellow lab, is the highlight of the trip. Please have him brought to the vet as we fear he may need help as he is left outside all the time. Felt very sorry for him.

Host is excellent. Home is very clean and has all the amenities you need to have an enjoyable week scalloping and fishing. Home has access to a private neighborhood ramp in close proximity. Parking downstairs is covered with access to water and electric outlets. We had a great time.

Enjoyable but lacking luster!

It is lacking that wow factor, the view from the balcony, beautiful... however, house definitely needs updating! It was scary to use the pots and pans, extremely old, very limited with the dish soap and because it was cheap, did not last but 1 day! 1 roll of toilet paper and like a little over the one already there, unheard of! We've stayed in many beach areas, and nowhere have we had an issue the bathroom sink, it was clogged up the whole time we were there, and it would be nice if the ceiling fan on the covered patio. It was disappointing, the expectations did not meet the price.

Family Fishing Trip

We arrived from Charleston SC at check in, enjoyed the beautiful view until two more family came. Lovely house, lots of room and the porch view was incredible. Easy to put the boat in, the ramp was across the street! We caught enough fish to feed our crew each day at the only restaurant and they include cook your catch on the menu. We caught Red Fish and Speckled Trout

Business Stay

We enjoyed our stay. Just know when you go to this area, dogs are not on leashes. Most of the dogs in the area seemed to get along well, but we're used to leash laws in Georgia. The weather was beautiful and we loved the screened in area. Sunsets were my favorite.

It is an absolute gem!

The location is perfect. Convenient to the beaches and landing. The community landing was a plus. The home is beautiful. I love the set up and it is so cozy. The evening sunset views are amazing. Fishing and scalloping in this area was great. I will definitely save this home for future trips.

Dog Feedback

everyone in the neighborhood knew one another and so did the dogs. it was like a group of canine children going from house to house to play. all the dogs were friendly and the people too. this is not a complaint against anyone - again, everyone was helpful and great! this did present a challenge though as our dogs are not used to this and can be a little reactive to strange dogs approaching them. perhaps a warning about this or a fence of some sort could help. also, we had to use a piece of sheetrock from the carport to stop dogs from coming all the way to our front door. if you need us to replace this, please let us know. i cannot say enough how great of a time we had, the location was great, and the people were great. we are going to keep this property in mind for future trips too.

Wow - Amazing

We recently spent Memorial Weekend at this incredible rental, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, offering stunning sunsets and perfect tides and weather. It was a family-friendly environment where the kids could play safely, and we could enjoy activities like boating, fishing, walking, golf cart rides, and swimming. The property exceeded all our expectations, providing the perfect setting for a memorable and enjoyable weekend. We look forward to return several times throughout the summer. We give this place the highest rating possible and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an ideal getaway.

Fishing with friends.

Spent a long weekend fishing with friends and family. Really enjoyed making new friends with people in the community. I will definitely book another trip here soon. The house was great and having a private boat ramp is very convenient.

Family trip

We absolutely loved the area and amenities! The only draw back was our pontoon boat would not fit on the property. Luckily my brothers family had also rented a place close by and they had room for us to park to boat there. We also had a smaller boat without a canopy with us that fit fine in the underneath area. The private boat ramp is a great advantage. We would definitely stay again.

Middle of nowhere quiet

The 3 story home is a challenge to go up and down. The direct tv didn't work. We were looking for a quiet weekend for our 53rd anniversary. That was it. Internet wifi worked. We visited Steinhatchy and did a seafood boil from Winn Dixie in Perry.

Family Scalloping Trip

Our boys had the best time on their first scalloping trip! The town was quiet, laid back, and the neighbors are so nice! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Lisa was very responsive and informative. We can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I live in Crawfordville. I grew up in Taylor County and have a fond memories of summers at Dekle Beach. We both love fishing and spending time with friends and family. My husband loves to cook so we enjoy fishing and cooking our catch.

I grew up in Taylor County so I had many fond childhood memories spending summers and special occasions at Dekle Beach. Many of my childhood friends owned property at Dekle Beach so when I had the chance to purchase property and build a house, I jumped on it!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Excellent fishing, scalloping, bird watching and beautiful sunsets and small friendly community. So very Thankful the house survived Hurricane Helene with mostly damage to the mezzanine.
