Inside you will find 3 cozy bedrooms all with queen beds, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove for whipping up your favorite recipe or maybe you want to curl up with a good book and a cup of your favorite coffee using the Coffee Bar. BBQ grill to grill up your favorite steak and a fire pit to enjoy a quiet evening looking at the stars. Host was very good. We were very comfortable during our stay. Back yard was great for the dogs and would be comfortable to hang out in during warmer weather. Location was great and we were close to lots of family. Would recommend and we will be back next year.

We stayed at the Cozy Cottage while visiting for a wedding. We were able to walk to the party as the Church and Hall were across the street. The Cozy Cottage was a warm and welcoming stay. We played card games, enjoyed the coffee and full kitchen. The beds and linens were very comfy. Our dog, Newt was very pleased with the dog toys and was able to enjoy the back fenced in yard. I was impressed with the up to date features of this home such as filtered water and a digital thermostat. The Wifi was easily accessed. These amenities made for a comfortable stay. Thank you for adding to the wonderful weekend of friends, family and celebration.

Such a delightful home and community. My sisters and I were looking for a place off the beaten path to stay for our annual trip to Lewis and Clark Lake. I had golfed in Crofton before during one of these trips and thought it was the perfect distance from Yankton. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The house was very comfortable and had all of the necessary, accoutrements and accommodations we were wanting. We made many home-cooked meals and used the grill, made s’mores in the backyard using the gas fire pit, got up every morning and walked through the small town of Crofton and reveled at how quiet and clean it was. They have the cutest baseball field there too, which really impressed us all! The house is on the main road, but it felt plenty safe. The house itself is cute, cozy and charming. The owners left lovely personal touches, including sourdough bread, for us! Great communication as well. 10/10 stars…would stay there again in a blink!
