Located in a quiet area of Sandy, you'll be able to enjoy a breathtaking view of the central Wasatch from your window while being conveniently located next to major roads and shopping facilities.

The space
Living Area & Kitchen:
The Living room in this home is conjoined with the bedroom, you will be delighted to find a comfortable couch, along with a flat screen TV enabled with all of your favorite streaming platforms.

The kitchen is a small almost half breed kitchen/kitchenette. The only thing you will find missing from a traditional kitchen is an oven, but we have provided a toaster oven as well.

Bedrooms:
With a nice, comfy, queen bed, you're sure to get a great nights rest!

Also included, is a very comfy pull out sofa bed. Easy and fast to set up. Double size, it can accommodate another person for separate sleeping situations.

Bathroom(s) & Laundry:
This gorgeous, modern bathroom features a large walk in shower.

Laundry is found in the hallway.

Parking: The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a secondary driveway on the right (or east) side of the home when facing the home.
