This townhome offers two private bedrooms, perfect for ensuring maximum comfort and seclusion. In the front bedroom, guests will find a king-sized bed, while the secondary bedroom toward the back of the house, offers a queen-sized bed.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is lovely but the street noise is loud. Bring ear plugs. The gate was broken. The property was clean but one bathroom sink would not drain. Good restaurants nearby.

Loved the location. Close to groceries, shops & the park. Loved the back porch. Wonderful to relax, have breakfast & read. Highly recommended! I would love to stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely property that was just the right size for our small group. Perfect outdoor areas for having wine and charcuterie. Very walkable and felt very safe. Love that the grocery store was just around the corner. Would stay again for sure!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this property. It is four blocks from the southern end of Forsyth Park and walking distance (bring your walking shoes!) to all the sights we wanted to see downtown. The property was beautiful and I loved sitting on both the front and rear porches. Kroger is literally two blocks away which was so convenient! Treylor Park Pizza Party is also about four blocks away. We enjoyed their pizza so much that we ate there twice during our stay. While the location isn’t exactly central to all the sights, the property is so lovely that we would stay here again.

Clean, but misleading Vrbo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are from South Florida and this year's National Dance Competition was in Savannah, GA at the Savannah Convention Center. We wanted to make this 6 day long stay into a vacation for our large family of six. We have been traveling all year and did not want to stay in a hotel. We needed a place that was close the convention center, big enough to house our family of 6, in a safe area that would be close to other things we could possibly walk or take a short drive to explore with our kids. After looking on Vrbo I came across a few properties that would work. We found this property and based on the description and photos it looked like it would be a great fit for our family. I decided to book the stay. It was an easy process to book and I received an email with information about the stay. We arrived to our location and noticed that it did in fact look like the photos ASIDE from there was NO upstairs. No where in the photos or description did it say that we wouldn't have access to the upstairs and if you look at the photos it looks like a two-story house. I was very weirded out. It didn't seem as "private" as stated in the description. I went back and looked to make sure I didn't misread. I didn't.The people who stayed above us were VERY LOUD- running back and forth all hours of the day and night. It was not their fault as they booked their Vrbo as well. However, we were lead to believe that the entire house/unit was ours. It stated "private parking" when booking, yet when we arrived it told us we had to share with another unit. The parking space could barely fit two midsized vehicles with the huge bushes next to parking. We have a large SUV. We recorded videos as it was very loud and frustrating. The windows, walls and floors were like paper thin. The Vrbo was clean and location was on point. However, our biggest complaint would be that the listing was misleading. If we had known it was a LOUDshareable location we could've just stayed in a loud hotel that was closer.
