Das Haus ist eine Perle, eine Oase für jeden, der es friedlich, ruhig und gemütlich haben möchte.

Wir haben die drei Wochen im Grand Balaton House sehr genossen. Es ist wahrhaftg ein "Wohlfühlhaus", perfekt ausgestattet, und es fehlt an rein gar nichts (auch zum Kochen, alles da!). Der grosse und gepflegte Garten lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein, so dass wir dafür sogar auf Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung gelegentlich verzichtet haben. Frank Rothe ist ein wirklich sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der auf unsere Fragen zuverlässig, immer zeitnah und verbindlich geantwortet hat. Also kurz: Wenn noch einmal Balaton, dann auf jeden Fall noch einmal Grand Balaton House!!!

Eine schöne Erinnerung

Ein schönes altes Landhaus, in ruhiger Lage. Der Garten ist eine Wohlfühloase, wo man sich ordentlich erholen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Wir werden uns gern daran erinnern.

amazing country house

we spent our last weekend in september here. the house is very nice decorated and right in a national park. so you go out of the door and you are in the nature (also in the garden you are already in the nature) and the fresh air is so clean and smells sweet and is fun to breath. there is lots of thing to do in this area. horseback riding. cycling (frank also rents out bikes), walking, the thermal lake Heviz is not far, great restaurants, spas, the lake Balaton, etc... we enjoyed our stay very much and where happy to come here. will try to come back. Thanks for this nice experience and nice stay and also the great apples from your housekeeper. very tasty!!!

You do not need the Med Sea for a relaxed holiday. The Balaton area on the north shore is great and much cheaper. We stayed in this house and loved it. All is great in here and the village too. We come back with friends next time. Thanks a lot.

Sehr schönes Haus in einem Naturpark - TOLL

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Franks Haus. Die Ruhe, die tollen Restaurants in der Nähe, das große alte Bauernhaus und der schöne Garten haben unserer Familie sehr gut getan. Nach zwei Wochen waren wir so gut erholt, wie schon lange nicht mehr. Wir werden das "Grand Balaton House" auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

! STUNNING HOUSE IN STUNNING AREA !

We had a great time in Franks house. Its perfectly located right in the middle of a National Park and very silent. Its minutes to everything - the lake, the good restaurants in Köveskal, the Theodora Spring where you get your mineral drinking water for free. The water of the lake was still 26 degreece and perfect for a swim. My daughter even went for windsurfing, while my wife did stand up paddling. Its was a long nice week in a perfect world. THANKS

Sehr schönes Domizil in traumhafter Landschaft

Wir waren hier mit 6 Freunden und haben eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Einfach großartig. Viel Platz, viel Ruhe, sehr schönes altes Bauernhaus, 3 Minuten vom See entfernt. Wir planen im nächsten Sommer für längere Zeit wieder zu kommen. Danke an die tolle Haushälterin Margit. Sie hat uns leckerere Tomaten aus ihrem Garten vorbei gebracht.

Ein fantastisches Haus mitten im Nationalpark

Wir waren hier mit zwei Familien im Juli. Es war einfach das Beste was wir in den letzten Jahren erlebt haben. Man muss nicht nach Spanien, Italien, Frankreich fliegen. Einfach von Deutschland aus mit dem Auto an den Balaton fahren. Und am besten in dieses wunderschöne alte Bauernhaus. Wir haben mit den Kindern zwei fantastische Wochen verbracht. Nachts war es total still. Ein großartiger Sternenhimmel hing über uns. Die Restaurants in der Gegend sind unschlagbar gut. Der See ist sauber und zwei Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Die Menschen hier lächeln und sind sehr freundlich. Das kennt man so nicht aus Deutschland. Besonders lieben sie die Kinder. Wir waren reiten, surfen, baden und haben in der Hängematte vor dem Haus gelegen und Bücher gelesen. Über den Preis muss man nicht nachdenken. So etwas bekommt man für diesen Preis nirgends geboten. Hoffentlich bald wieder hier. Die Kinder wollen nirgends woanders mehr hin. Besonders mögen sie die Katze mit den weißen Pfoten die nachts im Garten rum stromert. Vielen, Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. Max und die anderen ...

Schönes Haus auf dem Land -

Wir waren hier mit 5 Freunden. Vorher waren wir in Franks Wohnung in Budapest und haben aus Versehen die Bewertung für die Wohnung hier rein geschrieben. Also Die Wohnung von Frank in Budapest und das Haus auf dem Land sind eine perfekte Mischung um einen tollen Urlaub zu haben. Am besten man geht erst in die Stadt und erholt sich dann auf dem Land. Wir waren mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs und haben beides sehr genossen. Einfach Klasse und sorry für die Verwechslung der Bewertungen. Hoffe es kommt keiner durcheinander. Leider kann man es nicht rück gängig machen. DANKE FÜR ALLES

Klasse Wohnung in Bester Lage

Wir waren hier mit 5 Freunden. Einfach nicht zu toppen. Wenige Minuten vom Jüdischen Viertel, gleich um die Ecke das Cafe Hauer mit dem besten Kuchen der Stadt und unschlagbaren Preisen. Und alles was man sonst so braucht direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Super Einrichtung nur vom Besten. Wir haben es sehr genossen. DANKE

Das beste Haus das wir je hatten - SUPER

Wir waren hier für ein paar Tage im Herbst während der Herbstferien mit unseren beiden Kindern. Einfach Klasse, neben super Wetter auch super Lage und viel Platz plus schöner Garten. Alles was man braucht war da und wir haben uns sehr gut entspannt und erholt. Die Landschaft hier ist ähnlich der Toskana und die Restaurants haben tolle Speisen. Rundum einfach herrlich... DANKE

a gem in kali medence, the hungarina tuscany

We rent this place with all our friends for a week in spring. Its absolutly stunning. Great house, great countryside and lots to do. We played tennis, some went sailing and backhorse riding. For dinner there are a lot of excellent restaurants all around. Thanks for the tips - plan to come back.

A perfect get-away in a charming house surrounded by a picturesque Balaton countryside

We could not have been happier with our stay! The house is stunning, restored and furnished with a great gusto and sense of the place and its history. We also loved how the rooms and beds were arranged allowing enough space and privacy for two or even three families. Everything in the house was really clean and practical, we especially appreciated the lovely sitting area outside, just great for breakfasts and dinners enjoyed in the company of friends. The Balaton lake is a 8 minute drive from the house but there are lots of opportunities for lovely walks just outside the house - a minute away from beautiful meadows with a pre/historic rock sea or just through the village which is also beautiful. Everything about our stay was smoothly arranged, the communication with the owner was great and prompt. We wholeheartedly recommend the place!

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, tolles Haus und sehr gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und die herrlichen Kachelöfen machen es auch im Herbst richtig schön warm! Sehr gute Kommunikation, Frank!!! Alles hat super geklappt und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in the Grand Balaton House, roomy for our party of seven, and felt so fortunate to discover the beauty of the Kali Basin! The location is perfect, with so many easy touring, beach and dining options nearby. The town is really a hidden gem. Frank has a beautiful retreat with an ideal yard for the kids to explore and adults to unwind. The house is equipped with all the necessities. We would gladly return.

AMAZING STAY IN AN AMAZING PORPERTY

This was overwhelming and comfortable and one of the best holiday homes we every booked. The price was far to good for what you get. Amazing house with an amazing garden. We all fell in love and thank Frank for this holiday. come back next year. .. .
