This was great home. Equipped with everything from top to bottom. This home was super comfortable for my family of 4. Conveniently located close to the neighborhoods we wanted to explore and a really quiet neighborhood. My only regrets was not being able to use the sauna and jacuzzi. I would stay here again.

Great place, great neighborhood

We had a great stay here. The house is well appointed, spotless when we arrived, great communication with the hosts and in a great neighborhood. We’d book again and refer friends.

Family Stay

We had an excellent stay! The hot tub, sauna, garage for parking were such nice perks. Easy quick walk to the subway to get downtown. Quiet neighborhood, felt very safe. Would stay again!

Excellent stay!

We had a great time at this house! It looks exactly how it does in pictures and everything felt so nice! The owner always responded extremely quick when I had questions and was great at helping. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Luxury on a quiet street close to everything

A beautiful place to recharge, a quick walk from the subway, plenty of restaurants and such a big, well-appointed place. And a hot tub and sauna! The kitchen is great too. Would highly recommend.

Great stay

Sherwood Stays is located in a beautiful and walkable neighborhood and is a cozy and well appointed house. The property manager is kind and responsive which is an additional positive aspect. We also appreciated the comfort of the backyard after a busy day. In sum, we had a great stay and will come back again next time we are in Toronto!

This is a beautiful, modern house in a quiet, pleasant residential neighborhood that is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and the subway. The east side upstairs bed was not so comfortable for 2 adults. Otherwise a perfect place to stay.

Beautiful home

The property was even nicer then showen in photos. We enjoyed or time here on a work trip. Everything was very modern and clean. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Close to many different resturants as well.

Great location! Walking distance to shops! House is awesome! We came for a work trip and enjoyed staying here. Great decor and plenty of room. Host was very accommodating and answered all our questions in a very timely fashion! Book this house with confidence!Will be back!!

Fantastic in every way!

Our family of 5 stayed at this beautiful home for the May long weekend and loved everything about it! The kitchen was fantastic for making meals together, the dining table was great for games, and the basement was a perfect spot for watching a movie together. We had never stayed in this particular neighbourhood before but we loved exploring all the shops and bakeries.

This is a lovely property in a great central location. The host communication was exceptional (AI assist, all good!). I would definitely leave a five star review had it been properly furnished with beds on frames. Of the four bedrooms, one had a comfortable king size bed, two had futions laid on the floor and the fourth was simply a bench with bedding on it with very little cusion. Rather confused by this set up.

Fantastic Property

We had several days of business meetings in the area. The house is perfectly set up for families, colleagues or friends. We ate at the restaurants in the area that were within walking distance and had exceptional meals. HIGHLY recommend.

Truly exceptional home! My family has travelled around the world and the GTA and this was by far the most dialed in stay we ever had. Every room professionally decorated and custom. God level accommodations in a perfect location .

Everything was simply impeccable! The place was exactly as described, and located in a friendly neighborhood with amazing Lebanese and Japanese restaurants just around the corner with two metro stations about five minutes walk away. The grocery store was nearby, and the kitchen was fully equipped so I was easy to cook in-house.The house was inviting, and the host was always responding quickly. I loved that we were able to park our three rows Kia Carnival SUV in the garage, and needless to say, my teenage son greatly appreciated the gym space in the basement as well as the spa.I highly recommend this place for a family getaway or simply for a romantic weekend (the master bedroom with its own terrasse was lovely, and the bed, soooo comfy!).This marvellous place made our trip memorable! Book it, you won't regret it! ;-)

Perfect spot for a swift toronto get away!

What an amazing spot! Another gem that is better than the photos! It is amazingly cared for and well thought out. Definitely stealing decor ideas! The hosts were uber responsive and answered my one off questions. Location wise it is very close to amazing food and drinks on the danforth. The Wren, and theOnly cafe are great if you love craft beer. Subway is close by, as is a small park if you have kids. If i am travelling as a group, I will definitely recommend this spot.

An absolutely stunning home with every extra you could wish for. The host was attentive to the few questions we had. It was the perfect location for a family to stay to attend a wedding. The home is located close to many great restaurants, public transit and parks to take kids.

Over all the house is absolutely beautiful! It was clean and the neighborhood was safe. Logistically, it was perfect for a large family to stay and go downtown with ease. Unfortunately, the master bed is extremely hard, like sleeping on the floor. This was very uncomfortable. The three other mattresses were comfortable. Two of the three mattresses were on the floor. This was not an issue for us since my kids used them, but I’m glad we didn’t have our parents/grandparents with us as they would not been able to sleep on those rooms! Also I wish we were informed about the small garage. It was wide, but very short. Unfortunately we couldn’t fit our suburban in the garage. Which resulted in us taking quite a bit of time figuring out how to purchase a street parking pass. Which also needed printed. We arrived late at night on a weekend, so this was a bad way to start our trip, scrambling to get this all figured out and an extra expense we were not expecting.
