Inmaculado, construido a medida, nuevo hogar. Ganador en el Desfile de Casas de Outer Banks 2016. Ubicado en la hermosa costa sur de Carolina del Norte. Nuestra casa está totalmente amueblada con 3 camas king, 1 queen, 1 cama matrimonial y una litera completa. Gran sala de diseño abierto con techos abovedados y un gran televisor de pantalla plana es perfecto para reuniones familiares. Salga a la espaciosa terraza con sillas Adirondack debajo de un ventilador al aire libre con vista a los nadadores diurnos y las puestas de sol nocturnas. En la planta baja, la sala de recreación con televisión de pantalla plana y bar con fregadero y refrigerador es perfecta para la escapada de un adolescente. Un paso rápido afuera lo lleva a nuestra área privada de piscina / jacuzzi con ducha exterior y patio cercado. Abra la puerta del garaje y configure un juego de hoyo de maíz, filetes a la parrilla o tome las bicicletas para un corto viaje al centro de Duck o directamente a la costa.

The property was everything we expected and more. Very clean and even included a book with the owners favorite restaurants and ideas of things to do. The walk to the beach is only about 5 minutes and they have wagons and beach chairs. It’s very close to Duck and lots to do there too!

This house is so beautiful and was perfect for our family reunion in every way possible. We had 8 adults and 2 small children, every family unit had their own bathrooms and bedrooms spread out across 3 floors. The large kitchen and living room was perfect for gathering, but the deck and pool area was where we played most of the time - except for a quick walk to the beach a few times.

We've been taking our family to the beach for 30 years in North Carolina and this was by far our best experience. The accommodations were top-notch and that could not have asked for anything better.

Great House!

Great house for family vacation. Loved having the three different levels. Saltwater pool is amazing and house has alarm on doors (for children to not be able to access back yard/pool alone). Short walk or bike ride to beach (they had plenty of bikes for us to use, but we also brought the kid bikes with us). Owners are very responsive and helpful. Located on a quiet side street without traffic. 10/10.

Perfect

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was even more beautiful than we remembered. It's apparent that the owners take every guests need into consideration. The house was spotless upon arrival. We were immediately able to start our vacation sitting on the deck and enjoying their beautiful pool. This house is a gem and we will certainly be back.

Amazing

We had everything we needed from toiletries and towels to locations and places to see. It was such a beautiful and clean home. I had to force my family to leave the house. The back yard and pool were so clean and comforting. I truly relaxed and had the best vacation at this house than I did in Hawaii. Definitely worth every penny:)

The property was great. especially the pool. Nearby to shops, resturants, and places of interest. If we come back to the outer banks this would be our first choice of places o stay

Great location and Super Clean

The first thing I always look for when looking for a vacation property is cleanliness. This home was immaculate. It is a very short walk to the beach and there were beach chairs and bikes available for use. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, so it was peaceful and very private in the backyard. The house has everything you can need in case you forget something and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to use for cooking. We were greeted by a fresh batch of cookies upon our arrival, which my family enjoyed very much and made us feel welcome. I appreciate the communication and the ease of the check-in process. I would definitely book again!

Absolutely gorgeous

We stayed at this rental with our parents and 3 teens. The house was spacious and allowed for everyone to spread out. Words cannot describe how clean this property was! No detail was left unattended. The host was very accessible and responsive. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home, great location

The home was spacious and very clean. Beth thought of everything when it came to amenities & she was also great with communication. The house was a short walk to the beach & the beautiful outdoor pool area was a wonderful place for the group to hang out. We thoroughly enjoyed this home!

Another wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at Beth and Barry's house. This was our 2nd time and it didn't disappoint. We remembered why we loved this house - Great location, clean and perfect size for our 3 families! We appreciated that each family had a king suite and the house was stocked with all the amenities we needed of being at home. We hope this house will be available again for next year!

Perfect Place!

After the past year/18 months, we NEEDED a vacation. Our group consisted of two families with 2 kids each, ages 6-9. This house was AH-MAZING. It was exactly as pictured & described - super clean (which was key for us especially after a bad experience in Cape Cod). Our girls shared the bunk, little guy had his own space and parents each had their own king-sized bed & bathrooms. We walked to the beach for 3 days & borrowed the wagon to help lug all our stuff. We also borrowed a few chairs & some toys too :) Other days were spent at the water park, on a kids fishing trip (shout out to Captain Mark!), ghost crab hunting (shout out to Jim Gould!), and enjoying other activities (aquarium & jet skis). This was a perfect vacation at a perfect location at a perfect house. Hosts were fantastic & easy to work with (plus the chocolate chip cookies were a HUGE hit). Thank you so much for sharing your home! Can't wait to come back!

A palace with all the amenities 😊

This home had all the creature comforts you could possibly want or need. Beautiful, clean and well maintained. . We loved the pool and the covered porch. It is a pleasant walk to the beach and we appreciated the parking pass too. We would love to come back.

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach house! Beth was quick to respond to our questions. The house has everything that you need. There is a private access to the beach that includes one parking pass as well as a public access to the beach with one parking pass.

We've been coming down to the Outer Banks twice a year for a week vacation every summer and for Christmas since our now 23 year old son was 6 months old. It has been our dream since we rented our first vacation house to own our own. We decided that once our youngest child who is now 19 went to college to make our dreams come true. We love the beach and the Outer Banks are especially close to our hearts. We couldn't imagine spending the summers and Christmas anyplace else.

In 2019 we blessed to be able to add an in-law suite and elevator for our elderly parents to use in the off season. These are not part of our rental at this time.

I grew up going to the beach only two blocks away from this house on family property. The location is perfect and when you are at the beach the location is the most important part. This property is close enough to everything you might need while on vacation. There's something for everyone; from the beach to the pool to shopping where you can spend all your money or search for the best bargain around.

Custom built by a childhood friend who also happens to live down the street. It's a new take on a beach house that embodies the beachy feel that everyone loves while also having a modern flare.
