ENTRANCE
As you walk up the main corridor, this unit can be found at the end. Upon entering the condo you arrive in the lobby area where there is plenty of room for all your coats and shoes.
KITCHEN
The large kitchen, with a quirky butler sink, is fully equipped ready for your culinary skills, or you can enjoy the local restaurants on the hill or in town which is just a twelve minute drive away. We will provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, and fresh coffee beans for your stay.
MAIN LIVING AREA
The large main living space is the perfect communal space for friends and family. The large Smart TV and comfy sofas are perfect for snuggling up and watching a movie, or just chatting the night away. There are large windows that flood the space with natural light, plus a wonderful large balcony with seating and a BBQ for your use. There is also a large dining table, and window AC in this space.
BATH ROOM
This large family bathroom has a bath tun with shower over and comes fully stocked with all the necessities, even local SoCo Soaps! body wash/shampoo and handwash.
BEDROOMS
There are three comfortable sized bedrooms in this trendy condo. There is a king, queen, and queen bunk room. Each has a large closet for your personal use, and the beds are dressed in hotel quality linens: it will be hard getting out of bed each day! The queen room also has a small private balcony with mountain views, perfect for a bit of peace and quiet!
The suite comes equipped with in-suite laundry facilities, featuring both a washer and dryer for your convenience. Adjacent to the washer and dryer, you'll find two boot dryers. Please note that the under cupboard lighting in the kitchen must be turned on for the boot dryers to work.
AMENITIES
To enjoy further outdoor fun, why not discover the on-site 18 person hot tub, ideal for kicking back après-ski style. Inside, you'll also have access to the all-year-round indoor pool.
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
