The accommodation
Villa Ku Kaay extends over 10 hectares of lush Yucatecan jungle, with more than 1,000 m² of construction designed for comfort and serenity. The villa features six exclusive suites, each a private sanctuary with views of nature. Strategically set away from the main house, these suites guarantee privacy and tranquility.

In addition, we offer two additional rooms for service staff, ensuring comfort for all. Guests can enjoy activities such as yoga, paddle tennis, and snorkeling in crystal-clear cenotes. Local cuisine, prepared by our private chef, completes an unforgettable experience.

At the heart of the villa you will find two unique cenotes: one open, where sunlight creates magical reflections, and another in a cave, offering a mystical and serene environment. These cenotes are not just for swimming, but windows into a rich cultural and natural heritage.

Villa Ku Kaay includes a dedicated staff team, with a private chef, waiters, and housekeeping staff, available to attend to every detail of your stay. Meals are included in the reservation, with dishes that highlight the best of Yucatecan gastronomy. (Alcoholic beverages are not included.)

- You cannot smoke in closed areas such as bedrooms, dining rooms and cenotes.
- ⁠Treat the villa and its surroundings with care.
- ⁠Property damage will be the responsibility of the guest.
- Pets are allowed up to a certain size. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet.
- Open flames are not allowed inside the villa. Please use designated barbecue and campfire areas.
- Only registered guests are allowed. Report visitors in advance.
- ⁠Do not disturb the fauna. Observe the animals from a safe distance.
- ⁠Do not use sunscreen, perfumes or makeup when swimming in cenotes to protect their fragile ecosystem.
- It is prohibited to touch stalactites and stalagmites, as their growth takes thousands of years.
- Observe wildlife without feeding fish and birds.
- DO NOT throw paper on the toilet. In case of clogging it, the plumbing costs are the responsibility of the guest.
