WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT

QUIET HOURS.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
PETS
The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. If the Guest is found to have smoked inside the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- We follow the VRBO / AirBnb 60 day policy. HOWEVER, any credit card processing fees incurred by host will NOT be refunded to traveler.

Awesome place! Perfect for our teens and adults to enjoy. Beautiful views. Not too far up the mountain so travel was easy, even in the middle of a small snow storm (with 4x4 vehicles). Easy access to Sugar Mountain Ski resort. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at the luxury lodge with our group of 14! There was plenty of space for everyone, the views were absolutely stunning, and the amenities were fantastic. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay — highly recommend!

Great Banner Elk Home

Host was great, location was perfect and the house exceeded our expectations. Gated community on the mountain side is a short drive to the Banner Elk hot spots. We will be back in the fall for sure!!

This home is amazing! The view is stunning. It is spacious, so we all had our own space to spread out. There is plenty of room in the dining and 2 living areas to accommodate our large group. It is a short drive into Banner Elk. We will be back!

Feel good cabin

We loved the cabin feel of the home. It was in a beautiful neighborhood. Had the basics of what you would need for a 3 night stay. With very beautiful views!

House and Host were both amazing. You will love the view, outdoor fire-pit and hot tub too. Beds were very comfy. Tankless water heater so everyone always had a warm shower when needed. The grandchildren loved the pool and foosball tables. The host was incredibly understanding with my lack of technology expertise and patient with me in trying to make my payment. He responded immediately to all my questions. We will definitely return!
Notice the grill in the background. Excellent grill. We used it most evenings!
Pit is like a solo one so it is smokeless. A win!

We could not have asked for a better location for our family vacation. The view was stunning, the home was spacious and comfy, and the host was very responsive and informative. We took advatage of the game room and the firepit, too. This location definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Awesome Thanksgiving Mountain Getaway

Four Generations of our family was together in this amazing house! From our Parents at 85 to my grand-baby at 11 months! We had an amazing time, even got to watch the first of many snow flurries while there!! Everything about this house far exceeded our expectations!! We definitely plan to come back again soon!!
