Habiendo sido sometido a una amplia renovación interior y exterior, el "All-American" seguramente impresionará. Completo con HDTV en todas las habitaciones y salas de estar, reproductores de Blu-Ray en la sala de estar y el área de cine en casa, así como WIFI en toda la casa. Hay muchas cosas para mantener activos a los jóvenes de corazón, como la mesa de Air Hockey, la mesa de ping pong, la sala de videojuegos y una mesa de futbolín en miniatura. Lots of room, some of the mattresses may need to be updated. Location was great, close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Tons of dishes and pots and pans.

Large Group Stay

I brought 30 high schoolers here on an end of year trip. We had a blast! A wonderfully clean house in a quite, yet close, neighborhood.

School Trip

We used this property while in town for an event at Rocky Top Sports Complex. The location was perfect. The property was clean and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Family reunion

The house was exactly as advertised. The check in process was smooth, it was stocked with all utensils needed to cook for a good size group, the rooms were comfortable. The only sight issue was one of the couches is starting to sag. This was a great home.

Great house for a family holiday together!

This house was absolutely perfect for our large family. Plenty of bedrooms so we all had our own spaces. The two large living areas worked out so well for playing games, eating, cooking, and just visiting. There were a couple of small maintenance issues during our stay but the property managers were extremely responsive and everything was resolved immediately. We all loved it! Would definitely rent again.

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed the house. We had 13 adults and 18 kids with us. We never felt on top of each other and had a great time. The only heads up to give people as others commented is you don’t get the address until check in time.

Absolutely plenty of room and excellent location!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin. The virtual check in is very Worth it ! We were able to stay to our time schedule without issues. The home was very well maintained and cleaned. * side note- the gas grill doesn’t work. We tried to have our hamburger hot dog cookout and the grill wouldn’t work but we ended up utilizing the well stocked kitchen! Location and bedrooms were excellent! Great staff experience and communication at all times !

Excelente propiedad!

Nos sentimos muy a gusto en esta propiedad, muy espaciosa y amplia, éramos un grupo de mas de 38 incluyendo niños pequeños y adultos de 66, todos disfrutamos de sus comodidades. Nuestra fiesta de fin de años y cumpleaños fue fantástica. La comunicación con la administración fue muy buena. Tiene amplio parqueo y una buena cantidad de camas, el área de comedor bastante espaciosa. La música no le molesto a los vecinos y eso es mucho que decir porque los Dominicamos somos escandalosos lol. Lo único que nos dio un poco de problema fue el wifi n poco lento. Nos gustaría volver a rentar est casa en el futuro. Gracias

Difficult Stay

I recently hosted a family reunion at this house. There were 22 people staying and the house accommodated the crowd nicely. There is a sufficient kitchen for basic cooking and a large eating area. The problem is the management. They refused to give us the address of the property until Checkin — we had people coming from all over the country and it was very inconvenient to have to text such a large group at the last minute. Then the maintenance issues began. A senior citizen slipped on the stairs because the hand rail is loose. The upstairs bedrooms were 85 degrees upon arrival because the A/C filters had over an inch of dust on them and wouldn’t let the cool air through. There was a leak in a bedroom from the bathroom above that resulted in someone waking up to their cell phone in a puddle of water. Management offered to send a maintenance guy immediately each time, but that meant that we had to be at the house instead of out having fun. Also beware that you can only have 6 cars at the house at one time or you can be fined. This was disclosed upfront in the contract but it is extremely difficult to be compliant if you have a large group.

JUST A SWINGIN' ON THE BACK PORCH

We had our family of 25 for a get-together in the mountains from Florida and Asheville. Everything was very clean and neat and inviting. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. The 5 kids (7-9) really enjoyed their play room downstairs. The perfect size rooms for all of us. I was worried about everyone sitting down for dinner but we all got to sit together just like a Norman Rockwell picture. Highly recommended.

An All American Weekend

Great for family reunion!

Enjoyed the peace and quiet of this large house, great for generations of family members. Cousins stayed together in bunk bed rooms, while parents enjoyed a good nights sleep in a private bedroom with adjacent bathrooms. Wonderful basement game area perfect for after dinner fun.

Weekend Cabin Wedding

The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood, which is also close (5 mins) to the grocery store and downtown Gatlinburg (10 mins). The cabin was plenty big enough for 30 people. We had 12 cars and the driveway could accommodate all the vehicles. The corner of the driveway by the road has a pretty healthy hole, so if you have a small car, be careful. The cabin is very well stocked with all kitchen supplies. The back deck was a beautiful setting for our wedding. Upon arrival you have 2 hours to scan the cabin for cleanliness, broken items, etc. When going to bed the first night, a pair of women’s panties were found between one of the beds and wall. Several of the sinks are slow draining, but that is probably due to the design of the sinks (which are really pretty). Overall, communication was great when calling and asking questions prior to checkin. The cabin could have been cleaner, but due to the size of it, I’m sure things/areas get missed. It was a perfect setting for making family memories.

Management company could use improvement, but house was great.

We enjoyed our stay at all American- the house is great and spacious. The management company- auntie Belham- was not the easiest to work with. Payments had to be made through a separate website, and they wouldn’t release address until the house was ready, So, we had to drive blindly towards Gatlinburg until they send the address. They couldn’t tell me what kind of coffee pot was in the house, keurig or not, nor what kind of filter the pot may need. (Just a regular coffee pot-FYI)- so we had to bring all types of filters and loose coffee and keurig cups, to have all possibilities covered. They also did not honor the check in time listed on VRBO website,, saying that vrbo had it wrong and check in wasn’t until 4, despite vrbo listing 3 as check in time. The fridge did not work and luckily- it was cold enough outside that we put most of our food and drink outside so that it did not spoil. They sent a repairman out, but, we still had to throw away food. Games downstairs are in bad condition and need to be replaced (air hockey). Hot tub is great! Great, quiet area! Lots of parking, and lots of comfy beds. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing experience

Great for large groups!

We had 30 people in the house and the size was definitely adequate! Plenty of sleep areas and bathrooms. The kitchen/dining/ living room area is all one large space which I was glad about- great gathering area! We had a fabulous family trip!

Mother’s Day 2019

There were 23 of us for a short weekend. It rained part of sat but we still had a good time in gatlinburg. The house is huge & immaculate. Beautiful! Kids enjoyed hot tub. Adults enjoyed screened porch. Kitchen was equipped w/a lot of necessary items. Thank you for providing such a nice home.

Excellent home for big groups

My family of 21 stayed here for the Christmas Holidays. With 6 family units, 11 adults, a few college/teenagers, and a bunch of kids we were able to have a blast in the home. The old school video game console with Pacman, 1942, Donkey Kong, and about 30 other games were a big hit, as was the mini basketball hoop and ping pong table. There are more bedrooms that anyone could ever use, and the multiple bunk rooms came in handy with so many kids. The check in and check out process was easy, and the price was reasonable for what you get. This isn't necessarily a luxury stay, but it is a very nice home, and if you are looking for a big house, for a big family get away, I cannot give a higher recommendation. We spent a lot of time around the the triple picnic table dining room putting together puzzles, playing cribbage, bingo, and other games. A great time was had by everyone in our group. Auntie Belham was great, and our Christmas in Gatlinburg was a huge success!

The place was nice in size and the everyone was so nice. But...

There were a few things that were broken or falling apart in the house. The Auntie Belham team came right out to fix what they could but there were a few issues with the house. Nothing that could stop our fun. Everyone was so nice and the house was perfect for our family. We had a great time overall.
