Welcome to our stylishly remodeled condo located in Timbernest, just a short walk to Brian Head Town Center and the Ski Lifts! Enjoy stunning views of the Brian Head Ski Runs from this spacious one-bedroom retreat that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The condo features a large, open kitchen, perfect for preparing meals after a day on the slopes, and a cozy fireplace for relaxing evenings.

MAIN LIVING SPACE
Step into this cozy and inviting condo, offering an open layout that combines comfort and function. The living space is perfect for relaxation, with a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room and plenty of natural light streaming through large windows. After a day of adventure, kick back on the sofa and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV, or simply unwind by the fireplace.
KITCHEN & DINING
The spacious large open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite meals. With modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware and utensils provided, meal prep is a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, with seating for everyone.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Take advantage of the outdoor patio, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening relaxation. Guests also have access to shared amenities, including a Jacuzzi and Sauna, ideal for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

Master Bedroom: King-size bed and Twin Bunk Beds
Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper
BATHROOM: full bathroom with a tub/shower combo
4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 4 guests
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
- Don`t bring skis/snowboards in the unit.
